This store has the worst customer service of any store I have been in ever! They are rude and very hostile towards customers. There is one guy specifically at the front desk with long hair glasses named Jesse that has to be the poorest excuse for a customer service manager on the planet. He is argumentative and just down right nasty to people for no reason what so ever. He literally called the police on a disabled man in a scooter because, the guy was upset for being over charged and naturally was a little upset when Jesse started laughing and taunting him about it. The others in the store are no better. They make customers feel as though it is a privilege for you to have them waiting on you. You want to turn a really good mood bad then go shop in there. They have the worst management I have seen in my life. The only lady there that works her self to death is an African American lady that always has herself put together really nice. She has been passed over for management like 7 times since I have been shopping there and it makes me sick. When she is there you can actually get some great customer service if you are lucky enough to have to have her help you. She is a supervisor of some kind but, she should be managing the store.

My favorite Walmart I have ever been to. Unlike your typical situation at a Walmart where you’re stuck waiting in one of two open lanes for what seems to be a century, this Walmart offers quite a different experience. Although this Walmart offers a smaller selection of goods because of their Neighborhood Walmart status, hardly anyone comes here so you’re out of here in like 5 seconds. The store is so quiet and peaceful, you almost forget you’re at a Walmart. The patrons are tamer and alot calmer than your typical Walmart crowd. The staff is friendly and one lady even took time out to personally lead me to the product that I wanted. Definitely the only Walmart I’ll be shopping at in the Arlington/Pantego area!

This is my go to grocery store next to Fiesta on Pioneer. They have all they basics you need– just don’t expect to find anything exotic beyond the spices. I deducted a star for the selection and one for the produce– which is usually lacking in freshness.

Poor service, was unable to purchase beer because my 14 year old son was with me. Supervisor never came out after asking for him/her, I had 3 employees surround me saying purchasing beer with a teenager looked suspicious. I was told to avoid bringing my son to the store when purchasing alcohol. Pretty much saying to leave my son in the car in the blazing heat!

Came to this Wal-Mart for a quick in and out to get some meat for a very late dinner. The selection of meat had me feeling very picky. Half of it looked old and started to turn colors. On the bright side the customer service was great! I got a hand basket to keep from over spending however I still had things over flowing the basket and almost falling out of my other hand. The cashier’s blessed me as I sneezed. The asked me if I needed separate orders because of how I place my items, he was friendly and even asked if I needed help getting to the car with my bags after he noticed I didn’t have a full basket. The store was clean but still had a lot not shelved. I will give this location a shot again because of the service even though I didn’t get what I came in for(fresh meat).
