Bug Smart Termite & Pest Control

We never have bugs because Rob’s been our pest control guy for 12 years and he’s the best there is. He’s extremely responsive and reliable, expert at his trade, and has low rates. He’s gone way above the call of duty for us, crawling under the house and in the attic, traveling to our cabin to solve problems, and has even helped our neighbors. I recently recommended him to relatives, who’s big-​brand pest control company couldn’t get rid of their ants. Rob came to their rescue the same day they called and fixed the problem. No more ants. He outsmarts the bugs.

Horrible job! We switched to a better, much better pest control. Also the owner (Bug Smart) seems a little shady… The company that we do business with is thorough to say the least and has also swept the eaves and normally is at our home a good half hour or more compared with Bug Smart who only spent around 10 minutes.

Rob is by far the most kind and professional guy you could meet. I called him for a rat issue that sprang up recently and he was out to my house 30 mins later, addressed all my concerns with my pets and small children around the traps and bait and was extremely compassionate. His prices are more than fair and his service is not only thorough, but top quality. He does not try to sell you on service you don’t need, is honest and lets you know what needs to be done now and what could wait. I can’t express how much I appreciate his honesty and understanding. I have used other exterminators in the past (for other issues such as gofers) and was deeply upset with the feeling of being taken advantage… I will never use anyone else but Rob with Bug Smart again! Rob with Bug Smart is SO kind and professional. His prices are right and he does a great job. I wouldn’t use anything that would be harmful to my little dog or to my plants and he respects that. He comes out to my house every 6 – 8 weeks and sprays the outside perimeter of my home. It keeps the spiders and bugs away and is still safe for my little dog and our flowers and is really affordable. My family owns a pest control company out of town so I am really picky and I would recommend Bug Smart to anyone.
