Ordered 2 jr whoppers and 2 small fries on coupon for 4 bucks(not bad price if warm) it wasn’t.chicken sandwich, which ended up being another cold jr whopper. Not happy. 10 piece nugget was disgusting. Overcooked and cold. Will never go back. So they got order wrong and I had to pull up to window because after waiting 4 minutes in drive thru pulled to window to hear” sorry didn’t hear you pull up”. Disgusting experience.

It was a simple order. A whopper junior and small fries. The burger was cold and had so much mayonnaise it was squishing out the sides; there was also a random piece of cheese stuck to the outside of the bun. There was a long blonde hair in the fries. I’ll never go back.

I would give this business a 0 star rating if possible. This is the worst!!! Last week I waited over 12 minutes for my breakfast order. Would have left, but I kept thinking it would be ready any minute now. The kicker is, there was only one other customer in the store and only a couple of cars in the drive thru. Today I decided to give it another chance. Mistake! I though it would be faster in the drive through. I waited over a minute just to give them my order.(Seems like a long time when you’re waiting). When I got to the window to pick up my breakfast order, THEYWEREOUTOFCOFFEE!!! It was 9:45 a.m. How can they not know they were running out of coffee and make a new pot? Anyway, fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. Never going back to Paradise Burger King.

One star is just to much for this place. Staff are rude especially the manager. Never smiles and rude to staff. Bewilders staff and makes the feel like crap. I don’t even work there and I feel uneasy.

My wonderful husband goes in this evening and orders food. He gets it home(his bad for not checking) they shorted us 2 burgers, the ones they did give us were wrong. We live in lower Paradise and it’s absurd we have to go back and have them correct the error. This is a constant thing at this Burger King. Same thing with Taco Bell. The only fast food we have not had problems with is Mc D’s. We don’t like there food that much LOL
