I find the crew awesome– we ordered a dining set on-​line for a store pick-​up. they were prompt getting the set from the back, but it wasn’t what we assumed. they were understanding w/​out problem… changed it up, then grabb’d & loaded the one we actually wanted in my truck with a positive attitude. Been since several times w/​out any issues.

This Kmart is the worst!!! They are so incredibly slow and understaffed. They barely have anything on their shelves ans typically don’t have what I need when I go there. They use old ibm cash registers from 1991 so checking out is horrendous. The only reason they stay in business is he lack of competition in paradise. Other kmarts aren’t this bad. The paradise one needs a serious re-​vamp!

This K-​Mart is awful… the staff are all assholes… the place always looks dirty… I even called one time in electronics to see if they had any KVM Switches in stock, they didn’t even know wtf it was… Really??? How did you even get the job??? Sigh… 0⁄10

It’s not that clean. The range of merchandise is not that good.
I don’t agree that it is the worst Kmart in the USA. I think Yuba City is worse. And probably the Chico store too. This is not really a THIS Kmart problem, it’s a Kmart problem in general.
But if you happen to live in Paradise, there are not a lot of options. When I run out of something and will not be in Chico that day, I’ll go get it here. Primarily I go here for Shampoo/​Conditioner. They have John Freida and Got2Be products, which is nice that it’s not all basic low end stuff like Suave. The prices aren’t great, but they are not up enough to warrant a trip to Chico.

The worst K-​Mart in the USA. If they had a Wal-​Mart in Paradise, this store would be out of business in 30days. The only reason this store stays in business is because THEY HAVE NO COMPETITION.

Unfortunately shopping is pretty limited up here, so every once in a while I have to shop the Paradise store. And every time I do, I’m reminded of why I told myself I’d never go back there. Intelligent management is non-​existent, and the employees believe they are paid to ignore customers and conduct personal phone calls and party with each other instead. Believe me, if there was a competitor up here, you’d better believe I’d never walk through KMart’s doors ever again!
