This place sucks! Third time coming here this week and more than half the ice-​cream gallons are empty. The employees don’t bother to replace the empty cartons. All they say is that they ran out of all those ice cream flavors. Really!!! I think they are just lazy. No wonder the place is always empty. No ice cream to sell, no business! The other BR on Paramount Blv. is always fully stocked and has better service. Obviously I’m not the only one who thinks that as the one on Paramount Blv. Is always busy and has a line of people.

This Baskin Robbins had an extremely friendly environment. I was greeted with a warm welcome from both employees Steven and Omar — who both delivered great service. Even though the location is small & compacted, you still receive great flavored ice cream & an awesome customer service. Two thumbs up!

Came to this location across the street from paramount on a Tuesday night wanted to try a flavor called lunar cheesecake and they had the audacity to tell me that no samples today … Took forever to get my stepmoms banana split because the boy was too busy texting … Bananas were green!!! When I asked for rocky road he said «there’s no more» I asked is there more in the back and he said «it’s gonna take a while and I don’t feel like looking for it» PS BAD WORKER NAMED STEVEN. GOOD WORKER ROXANNE

The service was great, the employee that assisted us was phenomenal. However, there was no AC on in the store. When I asked about the store conditions the employee stated that the air had been out for about three days and I noticed that it was approximately 90° in the store. What type of owner would allow their employees to work in this environment. I will not be going back to the store as I do not want to support a franchise owner who treats employees like this. The employee in these conditions had a great attitude even though the owner didn’t seem in a hurry to remedy the issue.

Really enjoyed their service. The employees are super friendly and nice. I always go there and really recommend it.

Horrible service. Went it here three times. The first time they ran out of vanilla. Really vanilla ???
Second time all out of sample spoons. My son got a flavor that could have been disgusting, but wasn’t ;). Thank goodness. Third time the scoops were not round but scraped and way under weight. Got my order wrong, got in the car noticed the flavor was wrong, went back in and the girl dumped the flavor back in the bucket. For all they know I could have spit in it. And you could be eating spit. Thank goodness I’m not that gross. I worked at a br for 5 years and they are not following Any of the mandatory policies. They are not friendly but pushy and angry. This br is horrible. Take the extra drive to the one on Florence, they were so nice and clean.

Just do not go there during school time. High school kids can get irritating.
