I never got a refund. You never even updated me on any so called repairs. I got it fixed the right way from Honda for 1200. Car works like new now.
You depended on me not having free time to go back and forth for me to get over this issue since you kept giving me the run around. It seems your VERY busy when I’m not handing you more of my $$$.
Even went as far as blocking my number ! WOW! I’m hoping this review doesn’t help you from robbing more people.
And wait there’s more, CA now requires smog for hybrids, can’t pass smog with a check engine light! That means it must be harder for your scam to work now huh? Since your removing of the IMA Bulb and CEL will now prove less effective .
Anyone got a repair recently or ever from him? Turn your car to II (accessory power) and see if your Check engine light comes on. All cars post 1996 are required to have all bulbs turn on to notify of any dead cluster bulbs.
If you’re looking for a repair and the dealership cost is not an option, try calling the consumer relations number and they can possibly give you a discount or if you’re lucky, a repair free of charge.
Also make yourself aware of the INCLUDED extended warranty for many Honda and some Toyota models.
An alternative to the dealers (which I believe is the best option since they made the cars) are «bumble bee batteries», they have many reviews and you can save $ if you are handy with tools and following directions.
I also got messages from other customers about how you didn’t honor the warranty for them too. Just another repair shop that fulfills the scam cliché.
Good luck hybrid owners. Remember, don’t go cheap on your hybrid, cause you will probably just get what you pay for.

After doing some internet research on «WHO’S WHO» in the hybrid battery service field out here in Long Beach — I came across the guys at BATTERY DOCTORS. After going down and meeting up with Leo & Marcelino — everything was explained to me, and I was pretty happy with their prices :o)
The BEST thing was that these guys do try for the OVER-​SELL (charging you for things you DON’T need) and just do a complete and professional job! I was told by several «other» hybrid battery service places that I would have to REPLACE my batteries — however I was HAPPY & SUPRISED when they were able to repair it, rather than replacing them!
THanks again guys for saving me $$$$$$ :o)
I would definitely recommend them to ALL owners of HYBRIDS!!!

Battery Doctors SoCal replaced my battery a few months ago, but my IMA light came on, so I got my battery checked out there since it was still under warranty. I was waiting in the shop a few minutes when Leo came back and told me it may be a while and he offered to loan me a car to drive to a coffee shop to wait so I wouldn’t have to smell the gas in the shop. He gave me directions to a nearby Starbucks, and I was killing time for an hour or so before returning to retrieve my car with a fully functioning battery. Leo is a great guy! It was nice doing business with him.
