This place is ok, the drive thru at night sucks, i waited like 16 min to get my food :(there was no need to be dramatic tho, i just got my order and left i didn’t bother arguing i mean come on, its mcdonalds

Very bad service. They got my order wrong when I order a number 2 (cheeseburger meal) and a mcdouble and they gave me 3 cheeseburgers. I also got cold fries!!! It’s ridiculous. They don’t offer or give you any condiments unless you ask…

I have only been threw their Drive Thru and I usually receive poor service. My orders are incorrect, the reps have bad attitudes and the fries are ALWAYS over cooked. The staff in my opinion needs to be retrained or replaced. They should have employees ready to work and do their jobs correctly. I try my best not to come to this location, although it’s the closest to my house id rather drive elsewhere. I hope they improve. :0/

Really disappointed with the service, cold food, never have fresh coffee. Train your staff.

Wait at least 2 months to order breakfast after 11:00 so they could get their act together… Taking forever just for a darn mcmuffin. I want to leave but i already paid. So not fast food at this point!
Finally got my food. And of course the stingy punks decided not to give me the ketchup i specifically asked for. Rendering my hashbrown inedible. Lovely.

Their late night crew always has the excuse at different hours that their Mc café machine is during cleaning phase, and they always will tell you it will take many hours to clean. Give me a break other McDonalds have admitted this is complete nonsense. Don’t even bother if you have plans on just ordering a Mccafe drink. Management issues.

All bad, they say u get a free lunch if they are longer than a minute, well they sooo cheat you, they make you wait in the front for about 5 minutes amd they dont give you no free nothing they are falsifying the time. .and it is aslo false advertising!

The workers there are childish and very unprofessional … The wait is too long and they are never operating smoothly. Its always a hassle with this location

The worst! Always get my order wrong, made me wait 10 mins and late for work, and the manager Aricelli is rude. Will never come back here!!!

You can hang out in front and use their wifi.
Also, I notice there’s an *empty* police car parked there every night lately.

Service is typically quick I’ve never had a problem here and recommend the McDonalds in the city

Talk about excellent customer service!!! I must admit that I felt stupid as the cashier was taking my order. I was still thinking about my car’s windows getting tinted across the street that I was staring at her while she kept asking me what I wanted to order! Lol.. .embarrassing! Anyway she smiled and I apologized. Our order was soooo fast that I was barely setting the sodas at the table when I heard our # being called!!! And yes everything was hot!…the place is nice!

Awful customer service. They basically toss your food at you in the drive-​thru then shut the window without saying a word. It’s incredibly rude.

Not sure why this place has such low reviews. I LOVE this Mc Donalds. They are always so nice & the teenagers here are never «teenagers» when it comes to Customer Service. I honestly feel most teenagers have no sense of customer service anymore. Everywhere you go they are chit chatting w/​their fellow co-​worker about what they did that weekend, or who said what about who on Twitter. It’s rare to get a «how are you doing today?» or even a simple «Hello» from some of them. I swear most places I go they just stop talking w/​their co-​worker long enough to tell you «$ 17.35» then take your money, hand you your change all while not so much as making eye contact w/​you and still yapping their mouth to their friend. Not a «thank you» or «have a nice day» of any sort.
So this is why I LOVE this McDonald’s so much. The people here (teens included) always acknowledge me and say hello. They always smile and say thank you. They always get my order right & that says a lot because my lazy fat self is there often, LOL.

This place works sometimes, but when it doesn’t… it fails… HORRIBLY.
I’m just talking about the drive-​thru, here.
There’s 2 separate lanes here, one for people that ordered and are paying, and another stupid pointless lane that has people just passing by so they can bypass traffic and lights which makes things retarded.
I already paid and am trying to exit the premises… now I have a line of like 4 cars on my right-​hand side trying to exit the same way I am? For what?
To make matters worse, a line of cars on Garfield at a stop light won’t let me pass either?
So I basically docked 2 stars cause of the inconvenience of the location.

This McDonald’s is horrible, even to McDonald’s standards… where do I begin? I’ve been here a few times and it’s always the same. They never have ice cream so don’t expect to get a Mcflurry or sundae. They are ketchup Nazis, you’re going to have to learn how ration one ketchup packet for an entire large order of fries And lastly they have horrible customer service, I ask for ketchup for the fries i ordered (why aren’t there any in there already?) girl at the drive-​in is super rude, she doesn’t even stop her conversation with her other associate, she just tosses the ketchup in the bag and shuts the window super quickly, what am I going to bite you or something? What about napkins too? Only reason I ever go here is if I’m really hungry and the Douglas by my house is closed.
