Precision Iron Works

They are just AWSOME! We hired Precision Iron Works back in September 2015 to remove and replace 5 stairs in three buildings. First they replace the walkway railings. During the R&R of the stairs they kept wonderful communication with us keeping us updated on progress, they were in constant contact with our engineer and were ready to troubleshoot problems that arose.
We were so happy with their service that then we ask them to R&R another stair at another building in Culver city. Again, Mr. Nefi Morales went above and beyond having meetings with our engineer troubleshooting problems.
Next they fixed a iron door in a garage door.
Now, 2016, they are working on building an enclosure for my commercial water heaters. They coordinated proper design with the engineer and even pull the permits with the city of Los Angeles!
Their prices are reasonable. I shopped around before and other companies were much more expensive.
Mr. Morales is a gentleman, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, full of wise advise and honest. Julie in the office is sweet, helpful and very professional. I can’t say enough good things about them. In my book they have ten stars. Highly recommended.
