Very good store but it is a really small location and it can be busy at times. The sales staff changes a lot but they all show great knowledge of the games that they sell. The store manager named Andrew really works well with customers and knows a lot about the games that are coming out. This is overall a great GameStop experience especially for the customer service!

Very good store. I have been shopping there 4 to 5 years. Busy location at times. The sales staff has changed several times during that time. But the staff knows the various systems and games they sell. Most have been friendly and helpful to me when I had questions concerning video games. They have been well trained by the store manager. This manager a middle age man named Nigel shows a great knowledge of the various games and media devices at the store. He seems to work well with customers entering the store. He appears to truly enjoy his work and it shows.

This is a really small location, has a decent amount of games, and a decent staff to it. Kinda hidden away in a mall that is dwarfed by Garden State Plaza, and 4 other GameStops in driving distance. I’m giving it 3 stars for GameStop’s poor excuse for a business model (pushing reserves on everything) and overall lack of real customer service during the non-​Christmas season.
