I must say this is one of the saddest stores in the outlet mall. I went with my boyfriend to check out a few things for the fall. There was no greeting and we waited 10 minutes to get checked out. Even a customer wanted to skip us because he was so impatient. Feels like the sale associates were rookies or didn’t even care for customer service. There was no apology for the wait nor asked if we needed anything while we were browsing around. Mind you it wasn’t even busy perhaps 5 – 10 customers looking around the store (including ourselves). Next time I’m in Bergen Town. I’m definitely not going to this store. waste of time!
