Pirch was recommended to help me find a solution to a problem when updating my bathroom. The advisor, Deborah Stallings promised to get a quote for a custom product. Here I am 2 months later and not a word.
What a disappointment! So much for customer service

Just wanted to review the 2 delivery guys who hauled the refrigerator to the 2^nd floor (no elevator building in Manhattan) and took the other fridge out. They were timely, polite and thoughtful of the surroundings as well.
I wish I could remember their names, but it’s been 2 weeks, but great service, I would definitely recommend.

We worked with John Tudisco for our kitchen tiles and from start to finish, he has been amazingly easy to work with. He responds very quickly to emails. Very pleasant to speak with. We highly recommend!

I just completed a renovation on an apartment bathroom in NYC — and Pirch made the entire experience amazing. The sales people were more than knowledgeable and helpful and the store environment is like nothing I’ve seen any place else. I wanted to point out one person in particular who really came through with excellent advice, service, and workmanship. John Tudisco from Oceanside Glasstile — a dedicated product rep who works at Pirch — was simply amazing. He went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that everything was perfect and easy. John was 100% proactive with every aspect of the project — and even better he was the most responsive rep I’ve ever worked with. He responded to emails and phone calls within minutes. I’ve already recommended Pirch to two of my friends — but more specifically John and his awesome company. THANK YOU JOHN! You made remodeling a pleasure.

My wife and I are remodeling our bathroom and unlike some of the other aspects of a construction, I actually look forward to my interactions with the team at Pirch. Their brand values are genuinely engrained in the customer experience and while the show room is full of high end inspiration, they work with common brands at regular price points.
We spent 8 hours with Lily over two visits to Pirch planning and selecting all of our fixtures. She was able to suggest options in our price point based on things my wife liked on the showroom floor. She was also responsive via email while we made adjustments.
While shopping we were offered beverages from the coffee bar and when our appointments crossed over the lunch hour, Ben brought us a beautiful cheese and charcuterie platter that put some local restaurants to shame.
Now that we have placed our order we have been assigned a delivery contact Charles who we can work with directly. Looking forward to receiving all of our products but almost sad to conclude our transaction with the team at Pirch – they’ve been above and beyond helpful and a true joy to work with.

As you walk into Pirch it is a five diamond service and experience. You are offered a free non-​alcoholic beverage as you enter the showroom. Each section is designed to perfection with appliance, furniture and lighting to match the décor. Everything in this showroom works except the gas stoves and ovens. If you have any questions about an appliance and wants to see how the appliance works, they are more than happy to give you a demo. I worked with Michelle Simpson who did an excellent job in guiding us to find the perfect appliance for our kitchen.
As you shop at Pirch you might think the prices are going to be outrages and it is not true. The prices are comparable to any appliance store and if you find a better deal they will work with you to get you the best deal.
When you buy from Pirch you are getting a complete service. They stand behind everything they sell. You get a free extended warranty when you purchase from Pirch.
BTW: Free cooking class on friday and satuarday nights but you need to sign up at the barista.

Just got home from a cooking class at Pirch. Wow! What fun!!! A great experience. Groups of about 12 people gather for a cooking class in the high tech «kitchen» within the store for 90 minutes. You pair up at a station. 2 wonderful chefs assist you in creating a full course meal. And it was delicious. Learning new things along the way and then sitting down to eat everything you prepared. And all for free!!!
Every person that I have encountered at this store has been so personable and helpful. Great customer service. 5 stars to the whole experience. Check it out! You won’t regret it!

This place is absolutely amazing and so much fun to visit! I took my second cooking class here on Friday and loved every second of it! My boyfriend and I got to make a Valentine’s Day dinner meal consisting of soup, bacon oysters, prosciutto, snow pea salad, goat cheese ravioli, and chocolate lava cake. I definitely suggest taking a FREE cooking class here. You will learn a lot as the classes are very hands-​on! The staff is also awesome, especially Chrystal Santana, one of the lead baristas, and our two chefs, both named Phil. My boyfriend and I can’t wait to take another class! Just visit the store to sign up and speak to one of the baristas for more information, usually Monday or Tuesday to guarantee a spot.

Great cooking class at Pirch chef Jonathan. Crystal Santana was a great host. Valentine’s Day cooking class was excellent. Sign up for class and come with a big appetite.

Pitch Paramus has the highest quality kitchen, bathroom, and outdoor grilling products! They plan your entire kitchen, bathroom, or outdoor area. You do not only just purchase the product and try to figure out how it will fit in your space. They do the whole planning for you!

— They have free cooking shows and cooking classes that are provided by professional chefs. We attended a cooking show yesterday and they served a 3 course meal: delicious crab cakes, surf and turf, and chocolate pudding made from scratch and by professional chefs: chef Jonathan and chef Philippe!
— Free non-​alcoholic beverages: their cappuccino is excellent!
They have a very friendly, and professional team. This is a place you want to visit if you are in the area and have some time to watch a cooking show on a Saturday at 3PM…

I would like to start off by saying that I have an … #AWESOME time here at Pirch! ! 1^st time here and I will definitely be back very soon! The food was DELICIOUS and my Fiancé and I really Enjoyed ourselves! ! I’m going to purchase the salt block and the cookbook as well!!!

This place is pretty amazing. Think of the highest end kitchens, bathrooms, fixtures, grills, etc. The showroom was really put together so well. They offer free drinks from espresso to grapefruit water. This place truly has the best of the best from built in wine dispensers to built in rotisserie grills in the kitchen. If I ever hit the lottery, I’ll design my home here :) It’s by the first floor of the Neiman Marcus entrance in the parking deck.

This is the most amazing place!!! The staff is, by far the best in the business!!! I work nearby and visit often for the most perfect cappuccino, which is made by the most seasoned barista!!!
Took two cooking classes there. Words can not express how warm, friendly and the «at home feeling» you get by the chef and his staff. The food is amazing .
When the time comes, and i am in the market for my appliances and hardware I will never even consider anyplace but here to shop!

Phenomenal service every step of the way. John and George installed our new units. They were incredibly courteous and professional. They offered to put on shoe covers and made sure not to dent or knick any of the walls. The space they had to work with was very tight, yet they still managed to install both washer and dryer without a single trace of them ever being there. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and will definitely use them again. Thank you!

THIS is the only way to shop. We had an amazing experience looking for appliances last night; shopping with our two little ones — yes you read that correctly — with our 6 & 4 year olds. Michele Simpson made us happy customers and the store’s entire crew kept our kids happy & fed (freshly made pizza, a cheese and fruit platter, hot chocolate, lemonade, cookies, coloring books…). I would highly recommend this shopping experience and Michele in particular, she was knowledgable and patient — my two favorite traits!

I was recommended by Royal Kitchen to visit Pirch and ask for Steven Elliot. Well we did and the combination of the Pirch environment and Steven was off the charts. What a wonderful store and what a wonderful person. My wife and I were never so educated and impressed as we were by Steven. He was the Google of Kitchen Appliances! Now we haven’t purchased anything as of yet as we are in the early stages but why wouldn’t we?
Steven was like the Disney tour guide of the Kitchen world. I can’t say enough of Steven or the store. We haven’t selected anything yet or talked prices and yes many of the items are of the higher end but the experience was worth it and I don’t think we will be disappointed when purchase time comes.
Thank you Pirch and thank you Steven Elliot you have taken the consumer appliance world to an entirely new level.

I’ll start by saying that I’m not a rich man. I say this because a store like Pirch can seem very intimidating. You see top of the line brands like Wolf, Miele, and Viking and think that this is a store you’ll never set foot into.
Well, when I went in to buy a washer/​dryer combo, I was met with Joel who took charge over the entire buying process. There was a lot to like about his service, but what I really appreciated was the price match for the W/​D. We felt that we got a pretty good deal in the end. Joel also followed up with phone calls and checked in to see if we had any questions during the process. This was much appreciated.
The people in sales (Stephanie and Kate) were always so accommodating. Whenever, I had a question, Kate usually picked up the phone or returned my call within the hour. If you are reading this, just let that last sentence sink in for a moment. The fact that Kate picked up the phone to answer your questions is a pretty big deal especially when you have dealt with other businesses that seem incapable of doing such a simple thing.
Whe W/​D was delivered on time and installed in a proper and timely manner. John and Dennis took care of that end of the purchase and they were really awesome people. They really seemed to enjoy their work, but of course, they were also good at what they did.
As you can see, the entire process from beginning to end went about as perfectly as you can expect. I felt that we got a really good price for the W/​D and the entire company really do work with a lot of JOY. Try them out. They can work with you.

This store is really amazing. First, you walk in past their water fountain and get offered a delicious complimentary beverage. Then, you peruse all of the fixtures and appliances, all of which are really amazing with such elegance. One of my favorite areas of the store is the Sanctuary, which allows you to test out the different shower heads that are put along the wall.
Not only that, but the customer service here is wonderful. Everyone is extremely kind and welcoming.
I just want to live in this store! It’s so beautiful and well put together. I also know that they do demos sometimes of their kitchenware and I’d love to experience that.

I just want to live there. What a great concept store from the moment you walk in you’re greet my the barista offering complimentary beverage, what store does that know that I can recall. Everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable and respectful of your time in the store not aggressive not trying to sell you anything They just give you your space. I wish I can give Pirch 10 stars.
