I am pretty sure whoever manages or trains the associates here is not doing some things right.
My experience started when I was waiting 5 minutes for someone to get the shoes I had for sizes
The associate on the floor went into the back to get the associate in the back. That associate came out to get the shoes. Told her I needed a 7
She asked one more time after another customer gave her shoes too for size 5
i told her 7 again. She left to the back and came out again to ask again what siZe I needed
She came out after ten minutes and gave me 8.5 saying there was no 8 but I told her no. im a size 7 no point in me trying these shoes thats 8.5
She went back in and I waited another 5 minsX after 20 mins in this store and still havent gotten anything .

My post is regarding customer service. I’ve gone here multiple times & honestly have to reconsider. The staff is so rude to the point it makes you feel uncomfortable. They are mostly young people but they do not make my shoe shopping experience enjoyable. On a recent trip an employee was going back and forth between helping me with a shoe and having a conversation with a friend hanging out in the store. His friend was sitting and laughing at how the shoe fit me. It was very uncomfortable and I probably won’t be going back to this store.

I’d recommend going here for the shoes, not the service. For some reason, the staff is never that helpful. They’re very young & sometimes seem more interested in talking to each other than helping the customers. Rather than approach you to assist, you will need to track one of them down and ask for help. Customer service could def. improve here.
