The boot rental is the best in town. They are always willing to take the time to fit our ski boots, have a super selection and are really accommodating on taking an extra day, as needed.

We rented bikes to ride the Union Pacific Rail Trail. On the way back, we got a flat, and Finn came right out and fixed us up — we were back to finishing our 60 mile ride in short order.
Also, they open 1 hour before nearby shops in summer — the early bird gets the worm.

Wow. Color me impressed! We came in reluctantly to purchase boots for our teen who outgrew her boots. We didn’t want to pay Park City prices but without a car we had to choose from the Park City operations. We showed up at Bahnhof and John fitted her for new boots. As it turns out, her current boots fit — she was just buckling them incorrectly. John spent the time showing her the proper way to buckle and store her boots and we walked out very, very happy!
And John wasn’t the only helpful one. Everyone in the store was very helpful with tips on where to go and where to eat. Highly recommend!

Bought a pair of skiis, boots and poles on vacation here. Wonderful customer service! Took a run and the boots were a little snug at first. They helped me out with finding the right pair for me. I would recommend coming here for rentals, buying, or demoing a pair of skiis.

RENTAL EQUIPMENT: Great prices (around $ 25/day for performance level), helpful staff. You can pickup your rentals after 5pm, and you will only be charged for skiing the next day. For example, if it is Monday night, you can pickup your rental equipment anytime after 5pm. You won’t be charged for Monday, because you can’t really use the skis that night. Tuesday is the 1^st day that you will be charged for.
Some places force you to wake up early the day you are skiing, or fork up the extra cash up-front to avoid the morning rush. We arrived at 4pm, and planned to return later that evening to avoid the extra day charge. It was pretty quiet, so they let us take our skis early. Small acts of kindness go a long way. Would definitely recommend in the future.
PARKING: Hint. Park at the «Chinese Bridge» for up to 6 hours for free. Otherwise it’s around $ 3/hour with a $ 15 daily maximum to park in the underground garages. Street parking also available at paid meters.

Horrible customer service. I was with friends at this store and to start off the greeting from the sales woman was very curt — I get it it is later in the evening around 6 pm — maybe she is tired and probably doesn’t love her job. However I guess they did not realize my friend and I were together because after my friend asked a question the saleswoman and the gentleman behind the counter both made sarcastic comments after my friend walked away. I put down the hat I was going to purchase and got out of there. If you want someone to be rude after you walk out then go here.

Best renting experience I’ve ever had. Truly impressed by the customer service and gear at Bahnhof. I visited the shop several times to rent, exchange, and return gear, and each time John and the staff at Bahnhof were exceptionally friendly and supportive. It can be tricky renting gear from unknown shops, and I felt I could completely trust the quality of gear, prices, and support from the Bahnhof team. Thank you all!

We have been visiting Park City for 14 years and recently purchased a home here. In our years of purchasing and renting ski and riding equipment, we have learned that Ryan, Lindy, John, Shawn and the team at Bahnhof Sport are the best in town.
Whether you are serious about skiing or snowboarding or just out for some fun on the weekend, they have both the equipment and the expertise to help you reach the next level and maximize your enjoyment of the sport.
In addition, they make the process downright fun and always a useful learning experience.
Great selection, service after the sale, rentals and always with a smile. It doesn’t get any better than this!

Such awesome customer service tonight at Banhof. Salesperson Khaki (sp?) walked our whole family through the store helping us with everything from ski jackets, ski pants and goggles to socks, gloves and long underwear. She was great with helping with sizes & styles while staying within our price point. Helpful staff for ski rentals too. Highly recommend!

I have been snowboarding for 15 years across the country, I actually worked in a shop at one point, and this is far and away the best shop I have ever been in. Not only does their staff know their equipment and its features, but they know how those features help specific styles and levels of riding or skiing to give you your best setup. John is the man in terms of setting you up with an ideal snowboard package and fitting it perfectly to your needs. On top of that, Ryan knows his stuff, and more than that, cares about his customers and staff more than any ski shop proprietor I have ever met. I feel lucky to know this place.

Just picked up skis for my fiancé here and she loves them. Jeff helped us out looking for the right ski (length, width, stiffness, price, etc.) and binding, without being too pushy toward one product or another. Having done some homework at the shop, we left the store and looked at a few other shops and online to compare prices and other options and ended up coming back to purchase the set up since they had a great value here.
When we came back to pick up the skis they mounted the bindings promptly then pointed us in the direction of an awesome mountain bike ride up on the mountains at park city resort (it being fall and no snow yet).
Would highly recommend the shop.

These guys are great! We rented mountain bikes from them this morning. Super friendly and professional. Plus, they provided us with cold water, spare tubes (which came in handy), emergency kits, helmets, and a phone number to call if we got lost, hurt, stranded, etc. We’ll definitely be returning to Bahnof next time we’re in Park City.

Great bikes, guys inside are pretty sweet, shop had an open and friendly atmosphere. One guy from our group got a flat and we checked out the tool kit they sent us with, two extra tubes and patch kits, awesome. Also they gave a 20% discount because we were staying at the Marriott, much cheaper than Jan’s down the road and friendlier bunch of guys. I had my brake pads wear out on me at the top of one of the trails and I gave the shop a call and let them know what was going on, Jeff asked where I was, I made it down to the lift and he was waiting with a new wheel and pads for my rental. Talk about customer service! I’d recommend them to anyone, Excellent experience overall.
