I live in Seattle and wanted to send my friend flowers at her hotel. I called the Montage Deer Valley and they referred me to Rikka. The lady I spoke with was absolutely lovely. I did not end up using her services because I needed a small, inexpensive, and disposable bouquet and her arrangements were more «top shelf.» However, she gave me the name of another florist that could better suit my needs. SUPER CLASSY! AND I called at 6:30pm on a Sunday night, and she asked if I would need it delivered THAT NIGHT. Fantastic customer service. I would definitely use Rikka in the future.

I called a few weeks ago, late in the day for a birthday order for a friend in staying at a local hotel. I called 3 other florist and no one could deliver for me the same day. BUT then stumbled upon this gem of a florist. I can not thank the Jane enough for the «can do» attitude. The flowers were delivered the same day and even the concierge at the hotel remarked on the beauty of the bouquet. Thank you. Anything I need in Park City, I am calling Rikka First!!!
