Delicious sushi! The friendliest staff I have ever encountered! My family are regulars to this place and are often treated to off-menu sushi and stories from the sushi masters. Everytime I visit Park City I always end up eating here at least three times. I love the food and I love the service. I heartily recomend this to anyone who wants to treat themselves to a wonderful experience!

Fantastic sushi bar. We sat at the bar, our preference. We were immediately welcomed by the chef behind the bar. Quite the personable staff! The sushi tasted quite fresh and the rice was perfect. We felt right at home here. Cole and Stan, glad to have met you both. Kudos. We will be back for sure.

This is the best sushi we’ve had, and we’ve eaten a LOT of sushi. The Hustler roll is amazingly tasty with a hot bang and a sweet lime cilantro aftertaste. The tuna and yellowtail were melt in your mouth fresh, and the spicy tuna roll was much better than the typical sushi restaurant that simply mixes tuba with chili sauce. Attention to detail is what makes this place so good. And, of course, the sushi chefs make the experience even more special. Sit at the bar and Cole and Poncy will treat you right.

Adjectives fail me. I went here twice on my ski trip to Park City and was taken care of by Chef Adam Compton and a fantastic wait team. The Miso and sushi were incredible, the service was second to none, and it provided a memorable experience. Will be back next time I’m in town.

I ordered takeout so I can’t speak to the ambiance of the restaurant or the customer service. The lady who took my order over the phone was friendly and I was greeted when I walked in to pick up my order. I ordered the Shrimp Tempura roll and Tonkotsu style ramen. My bill was $ 28! I was not given my total over the phone and the prices were not listed on the website. I did not think the ramen would cost $ 15. It certainly was not worth that price. It was not that tasty. The broth was bland. The pork belly was the only good thing about the dish. The Shrimp Tempura Roll was pretty good but I only got 6 pieces… too small for the price. I was disappointed and probably will not go back. It was recommended by a local for its lunch specials because of the great value. I probably should’ve tried that instead of picking up dinner.

I asked my waitress for my tuna to be raw instead of seared, I wanted to add avocado, no fish roe, and I wanted spicy mayo to go with it. Not only was all of this right, my sushi was amazing. I will definitely be coming back. I had the«Bob Marley» with avocado added to it and the«Yummy». You can’t beat the BOGO rolls all day every day.

So much fun and the food was very delicious. The saki tasted so yummy and the chef made veggie rolls that I’ve never had. My usual is avocado rolls but he made some amazing creations that I will never forget. The food as fresh and the restaurant was clean. Very friendly staff.

After having sushi in Japan, I know what good sushi is and this as good as it gets. Ask the sushi chef to make you something special and you’ll be amazed at what they will come up with. A great selection of sake and the sake flight was fun, enjoyable and a great value. Great atmosphere and fun staff.

Sushi Blue was disappointing. The ramen should be avoided. The dish was bland and required adding sriracha and soy sauce to barely beat being hungry. The noodles were under-cooked, the toppings were sparse, and the flavor was closer to chicken stock than tokonatsu. Additionally, the restaurant smelled like spoiled fish, the restaurant was under-staffed and items ordered were forgotten. We expected better from the Bill White Restaurant Group.

Location is great! Kimball junction is a really super place to visit. Lots of great little shops etc. Make sure you check your plate to be sure that its clean when you come here. Also upon walking in it was very cold. They did warm it up though. When we brought things to their attention they seem to be on top of it and fix it. This wouldn’t be my first choice for a restaurant but I might entertain coming here again if I was really craving sushi!

Visiting SLC and I find out an old friend from High School in San Diego is living close by. He is the manager here at Sushi Blue in Park City. Being a sushi lover and knowing how passionate he is I had to stay another day just to eat here. I wasn’t at all surprised at the passion and quality put into the food. Their focus on freshness and attention to detail and customer service is top notch. I’m not being the least bit biased either. To sum it all up don’t expect the usual unless you are used to the unusual. Best Sushi spot in all of Utah. Try something new this is the spot to do it!

Pretty good but a little expensive for what it is. I like all Bill White’s restaurants but I think this one has some growing up to do. Great menu and friendly staff… worth giving a try!

Tried the Banh Mi — and being that we consider ourselves Vietnamese cuisine connoisseurs — we were impressed! Split the Ramen Tonkutsu and glad we shared b/c they give a lot. Dish was very well balanced. Special Beef Tongue — beef tongue was cut just perfectly and seared just right. Sauces complimented very well. Asian Lettuce Cups — yummy, sirloin steak portion they give was quite a bit, it’s considered a small plate, to me it’s big enough to be a main entrée. Korean Street Tacos — a lil oily, kimchi salsa is a must with it, loved the balance of the pickled cucumbers. Small Sashimi(Chef’s Choice/15 pieces) — fish not cut so well, definitely too big for my taste, it was hit/or miss. Hubby gave it a 3 out of 5 stars. Last item we shared was an off menu item — Poke Bowl and it was good as well… would like for them to add more of the pickled cucumbers to add more citrus to the overall dish. Overall — we came(2) diff times, one was on weekday and the other was on Sat night. During the weekday, the sushi chefs were more accommodating with special requests. During the Sat dinner, definitely no special accommodations could be accommodated. Disappointed they ran out of their Hamachi Kama. I still do recommend for people to check this place out. If and when we come back to Park City — will be dining to see what’s new on their menu.

Fantastic! We stopped here after a day at Olympic Park and it was a great meal. The rolls were a little pricey, but I was extremely happy to see creative and unique rolls on the menu(in addition to the customary traditional rolls). Monkey Business with curried banana! The Ritz-Karlton with garlic chips! Pineapple Express with pineapple habanero salsa! Loved each roll that we got. We also ordered the Korean street tacos and they really hit the spot. Great flavor and a hearty portion. I’d absolutely eat here again. Our waitress(Ryan) was also perfect about explaining dishes to us and giving spot-on recommendations. She was also super accommodating to our tight schedule since we only had an hour to eat before seeing a show downtown.

The names of the sushi were more flavorful than the actual food. Not that it wasn’t good, I just expected a bit more given the location and how hyphed up the place was from the outside. Customer service was amazing, no complaints there. The portions of the sushi were tinier than I’m used to, for $ 15 I got maybe 6 pieces, when that is pretty expensive and would normally cost about $ 7 in Vegas. Will I go again? Probably not unless I’m in Park City for an extended period of time and I just need to scratch a sushi itch.

Good food, but you don’t know how to make soda? Seriously? Like, why is all your soda flat? You say the machine sometimes doesn’t work? What type of excuse is that? Get the damn thing fixed. This isn’t rocket science. Let’s not even talk about service. You filled my Sprite with water! Oh, you couldn’t see the fizz. I wonder why that is. Oh and why did half my table get their food and the other half sat for 15 minutes before getting theirs? It’s called timing, figure it out.

Tasty food in Park City for an affordable price. They offer a lunch special menu that includes $ 5 hand rolls, $ 10 blue plate special(2 courses including soft drink or iced tea) 7 days a week from 11:30am to 4:00pm. My girlfriend ordered a Thai beef salad and scallop sashimi. I ordered a $ 10 blue plate special(miso soup, and Wonton chicken salad) with iced tea, and a Tuna Turner roll. Everything light and fresh tasting, but the service is a little slow. We still had all our original plates from the time we sat down to the moment we left. Overall, it’s a good place to eat and has a very good ambience if your looking dine in the Junction area.
