This is a review of their online service. I found a pair of demo ski’s that was available from the Switchback sports online store with a fair price. The website didnt indicate the length, so I opted to call.
I was impressed at how easily they lined me up with my purchase, and coordinated shipping of the ski’s. I provided my credit card and shipping information via the phone call, and was a happy camper.
Well — It didnt last long, because I received a voice mail message saying that the owner didnt want to sell the ski’s and that I would be credited for the sale. So much for customer service. I can not recommend trusting these guys, I know I will not bring any additional business here.

I really enjoyed how knowledgeable the associate was. I very much enjoyed our conversation and was very nice. It was great that he was nice enough to help me with preparing my skis for this coming season.

This place is a true gem. My family and I were on a ski trip to Park City, and needed to rent skis. We decided on Switchback Sports because they had KILLER deals on last year’s demos! We rented skis for my youngest sister, and purchased some used demos for my oldest sister and I. The skis are a little banged up from being rented out, but they are very high quality and we bought them at a great price.
Bottom line: great products, great prices. Highly recommend to anyone looking to browse used or new skis or to rent in Park City.
