Don’t come here for the food. Overpriced for what you get, especially when the food tastes awful with poor quality ingredients. One order of chicken nachos and one pig-o-licious came to $ 26. Re: chicken nachos — minimal chicken(but tender), tons of cold melted cheese and sour cream, and minimal veggie toppings. Pig-o-licious — dull consisting of bread, pork, and beef — nothing else. Probably a better place for drinks?

I’m giving this joint three, count them three whopping stars-and only because the food was decent. Maybe it’s because we were starving after a day on the mountain shredding the funky gnar… my friend had a burger which hit the spot for her, and I had a bbq pulled pork sandwich. I understand our server was Stephanie. I asked a server walking by(as I was unsure as to when/if we’d see our server again) for a little extra bbq sauce. She rolled her eyes at me, then came back and THREW the bbq sauce on the table. It literally almost fell off the table. It came in a stinking packet… it’s not like she had to pump a machine or carry a ramekin or anything. Her name was Melanie and I observed her walking around looking disgusted at her job. How rude(Michelle Tanner voice). Our server dropped the check with a fond farewell of, «is that it ladies»? Yeah, I won’t be back… thanks for that bag of chips.

This is a great place to meet friends on the mountain. After skiing a few runs we stopped in for a shot of Tequila. At the end of the day we stopped in again for more shots and a snack. It was a small crowd, but it took half hour to get a waitress and only after I went to the bar and asked for a waitress at our table. I ordered the pork nachos, but was told I couldn’t order that item until after 3pm. It was now 3:45pm and I had to prove to the waitress it was after 3pm, b4 I could order. She still didn’t believe me and went to the kitchen to ask staff. Mind you, the other waitresses where bring orders of nachos out of kitchen, walking pass our waitress. Unbelievable. We finally got nachos with onions that were cut in huge chunks, green tomatoes and all the cheese melted to the side of dish. A 5yo could of made better nachos, and they didn’t look like the orders we saw others being served. We were given a small plastic cup of salsa, which was not enough for the large plate of mostly chips. The waitress never returned to check on us, and again we had togo to the bar to get our check. Our waitress had disappeared. We left the money and check on the table, about to leave, when she runs out of the back and pushes past me to see if we left her a tip. Of course we did but she didn’t deserve anything.

The best burger on the mountain and a great selection of high point beer. Friendly, fun environment and great service! Thanks Girls:)

It would be great if Park City had better options for food, but this hit the spot and could have been worse. It’s a little weird fries are extra if you want a burger, but when you get the bag of chips that come with it, it makes sense. If you don’t know anyone, it’s a great way to meet people since it’s so cramped and the day I went was packed. I’m sure it wasn’t a great time to ask the busy waitress about the quality of the veggie burger but the sense I got was that I shouldn’t risk it. Irish Coffee wasn’t too bad.

A great place to hang out after hitting the slopes! Ambiance: Rustic lodge setting. Not listed in the general map that they give you but it’s right next to the ice rink. Food: Good selection of food and drinks. They also have a happy hour menu. Food wise, I tried the chicken nachos, boneless chicken wings, and pretzel with beer cheese sauce. All were eaten quickly! Service: Our waitress always checked on us even though the place was packed!

Very casual spot as an alternative to paying resort prices on the mountain. I liked that they offered a smaller portion of beef stew, chili, soup for $ 7.60 instead of 10.84. The beef stew was about what I’d expect, and fine for a ski lunch. Hubby’s cheeseburger was fine as well. Nice to have sit down service instead of cafeteria. Looks like it would be better for aprés with friends for some drinks.

Terrible food. Okay drinks. We ordered 2 grilled sandwiches and nachos. The sandwiches were not grilled, more like nuked in a microwave. The cheese on the nachos wasn’t even melted, not even a little! The wait staff clearly favors the locals and were down right rude to our group when we asked for things like menus, napkins, ect…

Good vibes, solid playlist, and they have heady themed t-shirts like«The Grateful Shred», a humorous play on the typical Park City patron’s affinity towards jam bands and skiing. Plus there’s a deal where you pay something absurd like $ 10 for an IPA, a shot of your choice, and one of said t-shirts. No better way to apres

Visited this place while here on vacation went for a 2nd time and my son is very picky eater and nothing on their menu for him. I brought him a slice of pizza and rather then giving a warning they kicked my son and I out and I had to sit on the stairs with my son eating his pizza in 12 degrees while my family enjoyed their lunch. Business owners need to help their employees understand the power they have to ruin their business with one minor comment.

Very Rude wait staff(Amanda). I brought my coffee onto the outside patio, where I had two friends drinking beers bought at the Pig Pen. I was not ready to drink — and since my coffee was bought on the premise assumed it being ok. I did not notice the no outside drinks were not allowed until the rude wait staff told me to pore it out or leave. She was a completely rude about it — and when my friend went inside — she said IDGAF because I’m from Texas. The owner did not care and just blew it off like nothing. I will not go back and will write to the park city chamber of commerce and the park city resort.

Well, I didn’t get food poisoning and everyone working there seemed pleasant, so it’s not a 1-star. But the food was pretty sub-par. I would not recommend eating here unless you’re already here drinking.

I agree they have a darn good Bloody Mary but the 3 stars is exactly where they want to be. No frills, simple food, good service. They do have an amazing view. I highly recommend you sit outside. It had just snowed the day before and once in a while some flakes would flutter down. Ah, nice.

The best Bloody Mary in Utah, hands down. Bacon vodka? Yes please. Crispy bacon, fresh celery, in the words of Hilary Duff, this is what dreams are made of. Hangovers cured and made here. Ps try the pigalicious burger. thank me later.

Meh… Not my favorite place. Just ok. We came in for drinks while attending Sundance. It’s a very very casual bar. Not a ski lodge bar. No fireplace or big comfy chairs. The server took about 15 mins to come by and even say hi. It’s a full bar and food menu. We didn’t eat here but our neighboring table had chili fries that looked good. They have a bunch of drinks with fun names that involve pigs. My friends had hot toddy like drinks and I had one beer. They had closed circuit TV’s throughout streaming really weird things like local real estate home tours for sale then went to a graphic plastic surgery channel. Bottom line. Not a bad place for a drink when you get off the slopes. Destination for cocktails??? NO.

Got into Park City late in the afternoon and we were hungry. Ordered wings and burgers. On the plus side: the burger was good, fairly large. The IPA I ordered was also a nice treat. The bad: wings, ordered an appetizer came out after the burgers. Thankfully they were tasty. Also… I know it’s picky but don’t serve burgers with chips. No one wants those. Either do fries as is the American way or do something weird like kimchi coleslaw. But not chips. The usual: it’s a ski town, service is going to be part slow, part stoned, and part just wanting to hit the slopes. Can’t beat the location though!

The pig-a-licious sandwich was really good. The prices are a bit lower than up on the mountain. Too bad the kitchen is closed for dinner.

We got to Park City around 11am and opted for half day tickets. They were significantly discounted so we figured waiting until 12:30pm to start wasn’t too big of a sacrifice. How do we kill an hour and a half? Enter Pig Pen. It was a gorgeous day out so we stayed in the outdoor area. There is waitress service outside, so that’s nice. The guys we were with weren’t going to order anything but after seeing our chili and beef stew, they jumped on the bandwagon as well. The flavors in both hit the spot. At $ 7 each, it’s pretty standard ski resort prices.

Oh my god!!! Let me just say that while having one of the worst snowboarding days in my LIFE, going and having a cranky fit at the pig pen was just what I needed. The vibe(i.e. no kids) was AMAZING, the music was GREAT, the waitress was always checking in on me, and I loved it. I will probably go back next time I’m at Park City. Also, the waitress didn’t look at me like I was crazy when I asked for Hot Chocolate and a Blue Moon… P. S. That order combo when you’re cold and cranky is amazing… :) Thank you Pig Pen for making my day WAYYYYYY less sucky… :)
