This place is very nice. They don’t have the selection of a typical thrift store, but what they have is in consistently good condition, and it doesn’t have that thrift store smell. They take great care in displaying, presenting and organizing so you almost feel like you’re in a consignment shop or boutique(without the uppityness or high prices). There selection is more women’s clothing and accessories, but they do have household items as well. Worth stopping by to check out, sparse hours though. If you work during the week, Saturday midday is about the only time to find them open.

Great resale store, great cause(it benefits the South Suburban Woman’s shelter) and you can tell the folks that work here either were in retail or always dreamed of having their own store as everything is beautifully arranged and displayed. It’s a small store, but they do have some furniture(one room full, and more displayed in the empty store windows next door. so be sure and check around the corner between the art center and the thrift store).Everything is clean, working and in near perfect condition. The have a good selection of women’s and kids clothing(with plus sizes, a bonus) and a good amount of glassware and kitchen ware, jewelry and what not… I’ve gotten a couple of great art finds there… and rarely walk away empty handed. It’s kind of hard to find… it’s opposite the movie theatre in the middle of town… open til 4 most days, and closed on sundays.
