Ok, the subs are just ok and very overpriced. I could make the same thing at home. But, I have to say, their cheesesteaks are DISGUSTING. Who orders them? I can’t believe they have repeat customers for those things. Awful.

I really love this place great sandwiches good music and great location. The one thing that I don’t like is that me and a few of my friends went there and at 8:00 they seemed to be out of bread when they close at 9:00.

Good job shutting the flat top down an hour before closing so you couldn’t serve a hot sub, best way not to get a repeat customer.

These are my favorite subs. The only down side is they don’t deliver. I’m the city they deliver. The fresh cut cold cuts make the sandwiches among. I get mine Mike’s way. My favorite is the number one. The cookies are tasty also.

PROS: 1.The subs are good and they make them in front of you– fast. 2.Employees are trained to be friendly –or else ! ;) 3. The manager for this location actually works –meaning he makes the subs, cuts bread etc. 4. Good brownies. CONS: 1. Parking is hoooooribbbble ! 2. Employees are«fake friendly» to the point where they keep saying«so how you doing» –when you already told them-twice! 3. Every time we go in –they seem to be training someone … 4. The Jersey Mike app never works at this location. 5. Cookies are gross at this location. Overall –not worth it –sub shops are a dime a dozen…

For a chain sandwich joint — this place is really really good. Pros: The roast beef is quality. They also cook up REALBACON. Funny I mention those two things when my favorite sandwich is the turkey and provolone mikes way plus pickles. Service is great there. Unlike the one that closed in Niles. I haven’t had the hot sandwiches yet. Cons: The bread is typical but good enough. Tip: Work that back parking lot!

After a grueling bike ride at 5:30 am on Saturday and then helping my husband with some extensive yard work that took about 2−½ hours, we worked up a massive appetite. We decided to drive over to Jersey Mike’s(even though it is not super close to where we live — but it is the nearest location to us). I ordered their«famous» Philly Steak cheese sandwich loaded with green and red peppers, ooey-gooey melted cheese and caramelized onions on wheat bread. The sweet peppers and onions gave it a boost in the flavor category making for the perfect amalgamation. It was very flavorful and tender. It was pretty close to being«Woooohhhhooooo» this is as good as it gets, but it fell short. Why? Because I compared it to an authentic Philadelphia steak cheese sandwich from Philadelphia — not even close — so for this reason I rated my sandwich with 4-stars. They use Angus beef, so the quality alone is worthy of five stars. My husband went with the cold roast beef and provolone sandwich. He said it was a very, very«good» sandwich. I asked him to give it a rating from 1 to 5. He went with a 5 for his sandwich, because he said it was excellent roast beef. We were going to eat there, but it was incredibly hot and stuffy inside the restaurant. It is humid and funky outside today. It feels like a swamp in Chicago. The line was very long when we arrived. It took about 10-minutes to get our food. We took it «to go» since it was unbearably hot inside the restaurant. Jersey Mike’s parking lot has limited parking for less than six cars. It is also a pain in the ass to get out of this postage-stamp size parking lot. This is why we parked in the larger parking lot which can be entered on Washington Street and/or off of Northwest Highway(by the Panera Bread and/or Chipotle’s). Basically, if you are on Northwest Highway, the entrance to the parking lot is across the street from Starbuck’s. Once you enter the large parking lot by-pass the metered section and by-pass the«permit» parking only. You will see that there is ample parking for up to three-hours and, best of all, it is FREE! Yeah, you have to walk a little bit to get to Jersey Mike’s.

I loveeeee this place! The hot sub guy has my order memorized and I have been there 4 times… Max! The staff is very friendly, they were singing and joking around with all customers. They made my day the last time I was in. But honestly when I was in two days ago there was a new girl… I haven’t seen her before and she was rude, quiet, seemed like she didn’t want to be there, she didn’t ask if I had a rewards card or whatever it’s called… And of course I had 3 subs that day she didn’t give me a receipt and then she gave my subs to the wrong person… They grill guy(my name for him) gave me two free sub tickets for that but it was ridiculous that I waited 20 mins for two subs. I hope miss cranky pants, I don’t pay attention to my job gets better… Or else I may have to go back to jimmy johns lol

Subs are good but the parking is horrible. They need to look at a way to get better parking. We wanted to go again but the parking situation stopped us from going back.

Bad parking! Had reg-turkey & provolone & small drink $ 8.86 a little high for a ok sub fresh cut meat cool. Tony’s Italian deli down the street is way better and less $. May try Philly steak, but will stay with Tony’s!

i LOVE Jersey Mike Subs. This location has an awkward entrance, but other than that, great service, great food. I cannot fathom that there are people who eat Subway(faux meat) when you can have this fresh prepared sub. FRESHFRESHFRESH and good bread makes all the difference.

There are many sandwich shops in this area. Few could hold a pickle to Jersey Mikes. The freshness of all ingredients and the portion sizes are what make this shop a standout. Definitely a return to place and worth a recommendation.

Stopped in a few days ago for an Italian sub. It was pretty good but not great, some local shops like Tony’s market seem a little better. The service was fine and the place was very clean as one would expect from a new store, the parking was not as convenient as some of the other stores along Northwest Hwy. Better than a Subway but not a lot. Probably stop back if I’m in a hurry.
