Manual is a new owner, he answer right away and came over within 30 minutes to give us a quote. Professional and knows his stuff.

I contacted Tiny Tim for a quote in early July. They were prompt in coming out and providing a quote for the removal of a 50 foot Elm Tree in Park Ridge. A few days later I contacted them to schedule the tree removal. I spoke with Porfirio who asked me to contact J.U.L.I.E. to have my yard marked. This should have been the first warning sign, but I called anyway to set up having my yard marked. The first thing you hear when you call the service is «Illinois State Law requires the contractor, doing the digging, to make this phone call «. I called Porfirio back and told him he had to call, he didn’t seem too happy about that. I schedule the Tree removal for July 10^th, but contacted the contractor on July 9^th to tell them my yard had not been marked. I rescheduled the tree removal for July 16^th at 7:30am. At 8:30, I called to inquire why nobody was at my house. Porfirio said my driver called in sick and I can’t do it today. We rescheduled for the 18^th and on the 17^th I called and left a voicemail asking for confirmation that we were on for the 18^th… no response. On the 18^th, I woke up and got all ready for Tiny Tim to show up… they didn’t. I called and left another message, but that was never returned. On the 20^th I called the office and spoke with somebody else and said Porfirio won’t return my phone calls. They assured me they will get to the bottom of it and will get back to me with a solution. Guess what, nobody ever called me back. Don’t use this company!

We called the office Saturday morning to come look at a tree in our yard and provide a quote for removal. The office stated they were in the neighborhood today and would call before arrival. We called the office a few times throughout the day and were assured they were coming by. No show, no call, no follow up, and ignored our calls. Not reliable.

I loved this tree company. They gave me a prompt estimate and were working on the tree removal the very next day. They left the stump, but someone came to grind it down it a couple of days. They took the waste away. My only complaint is that they left a smudge of oil from the truck in the neighbor’s driveway. Other than that, they did a great job at a price twice as low as other companies offered.

I called Tiny Tim’s to come to my house to provide me with an estimate for trimming two trees and removing another tree. No on showed up to the first appointment we scheduled for someone to come to my house on August 3, 2010 at 6:00pm. I called the next day to see what happened and received a nonchalant, «sorry we’re busy» as an excuse for not showing up for the appointment. We rescheduled for the next day, August 5 at 5:30pm. Again, no one showed up at my house. I called their office at 5:45 to see what happened and was not given a reason for them not showing up. They offered to come in 30 minutes or reschedule for another day. I then asked how I should be sure that they would show up for the estimate, or to eventually do the tree trimming, and I was hung up on. I then called back, pointed out that I was hung up on, and was told to «call someone else» and was hung up on again.
