Never go to this location, Ashley did everything I did not want even after having to explain again and again what I wanted after she «finished.» My ends look frayed, there’s no layers and don’t get me started on my bangs…

Love this location! The staff here is fantastic! My personal favorite is Ashley! She is so professional and really cares about making her people feel amazing! Love her!

Awful experience. Girl who cut my son’s hair had a horrible attitude. He has special needs and she was being sarcastic with him and pretty rude. He was being very good, sincere and quiet. He does have a hard time staying still but he really tried. Then she proceeded to tell me that there was a «dip» in the back b/​c he moved around too much. She was just rushing the job. If she would have taken her time and asked him to be still nicely, it would have gone a LOT better. Also, he promised him a lollipop if he was good. He was excellent in terms of behavior, just a little shaky. In the car he sweetly asked me why he didn’t earn a lollipop. Not to be petty, but especially my son who thrives off of positive reinforcement, it would have been the right thing to do. The whole car ride home, he kept apologizing to me for being bad since he didn’t get a lollipop! I felt terrible! She’s the angry hairdresser who always wears bandanas/​scarves and looks like she hates life. Don’t take your issues and attitude out on my three year old. Needless to say, we won’t be back.

Avoid ASHLEY THE BUTCHER. Went in with long hair, came out looking like Jane Fonda in Klute, not that there’s anything wrong with that, except that it’s 2014, and not what I wanted. I even showed her a photo, but she’s more interested in what’s going on around her instead of the customer right in front of her. No apology, and she could care less, but she doesn’t have to look in the mirror and cry every morning because her hair looks like mine. Phil is good, he tried to fix this mess on top of my head, but Ashley left him little to work with. Hideous is the only word for this cut.

I have been taking my young son here for haircuts for 3 years, & started getting my own cuts/​colors here in the last year. Phil is AMAZING!!! He takes the time to listen to my needs, knows what will look good, follows trends, & is just a fun, genuine guy! Before I started seeing him, I was paying upwards of $ 350 per visit elsewhere… I spend less than a third of that, & the results are even better!
