Holiday Inn Denver-Parker-E470/Parker Rd

Recently stayed here for three nights. Front desk staff was excellent. Went out of her way to try to solve the spa no bubbles issue.
Only issues were noisy folks outside and loud footsteps in room above mine (I was on second floor).
Most likely I’ll stay here next time I am in Parker.

I have stayed in many different hotels, both moderate and higher end. I was pleasantly surprised by this Holiday Inn. I have never liked HI in the past, but my husband promised me that it would be ok. He was right. The room was pretty standard, but very clean. The place is not fancy, but very nice and family friendly. The lobby is nice and even has a little fireplace. You can even see the mountains in the distance. It appears that it is all either new or newly renovated. The bathrooms are even nicer than most places. The breakfast buffet is ok, but I’m picky about food. They do have a nice variety from hot to cold options. We did eat at the restaurant that’s upstairs and it was good but a little pricey for the type of hotel that it is. I do wish they had more options of snacks for sale. FREE WIFI! The staff in the lobby was also very friendly, especially the girl with the long black hair, sorry I didn’t catch her name.

This Holiday Inn was nice, the rooms were large can I had both a little sofa and a king size bed in the room. Bathrooms were pretty standard and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and took care of some dry cleaning for me easily and with no problems.
I did not visit the restaurant upstairs but I here it is very nice. The prices looked a little steep for what I was wanting on this trip, but it is a nice option. I also did not try the breakfast buffet because it is an additional charge and I just do not need to eat that much for breakfast.
The location is easy to get around the southeast side of Denver and it has easy access to parker road and the toll way.
