Terrible — music was horrible. They didn’t do what I asked and then overcharged me for it. they lectured me about how I wanted my nails. And the polish is chipping already — in a day.

I usually go to Milano on Hilltop (they are amazing!), but they couldn’t get me in on short notice for both a pedicure and silk nail «rebase». I stopped in and believe I had one of the owner’s, the woman. I believe the owners are a husband and wife team from what I saw…
As for the services, they were TERRIBLE. My rebase was the worst fill experience I’ve ever had, seriously. The woman barely filed the rebase material and it’s bumpy/​lumpy and the service is rough. She also did not file or shape them well at all and they look chunky and too wide. The paint job is also one of the worst I’ve ever experienced, they look bumpy, bubbly and just really bad. After drying under the lamp for a bit and noticing all the issues I asked for her to address them… she would only reapply a clear topcoat and that’s it. I just can’t believe someone in the business, and an owner no less, would be this unskilled and unprofessional. My pedicure (same person) was also fast, rushed and sloppy. What was supposed to be a «me» afternoon and relaxation literally stressed me out. I wasted like $ 60.00…and I’m an idiot because I tipped before realizing the extent of the issues. Plus it’s awkward when they have yet to paint when you pay and tip…
I will not use this salon again and wouldn’t recommend… it was a very rushed and sloppy service and I’m super disappointed as my two services are expensive together. I will never use anyone except Milano again, lesson learned!

What a joke this place is.
My husband and I came here because our usual place couldn’t get us in. The woman who gave my husband a pedicure rubbed his legs for 10 minutes and then moved on to the the next customer. When we asked if she was coming back or if another girl was taking over she said that she was done. Since when is a 10 minute pedicure sufficient? NEVER!
The best part was when they brought out the towels to put under our feet and they were hard and crunchy. I figured out that they hang dry there towels, when the lady came walking by with towels hung over a hanger.

I have been here twice and thought maybe the second time would be better. I went because there was no wait. Well maybe I should have waited. Both times I have received a pedicure and both times the polish chips, doesn’t stay shinny, and looks like I gave myself a pedicure. Other places in parker charge $ 22-​$ 25 for a pedicure for $ 30 plus your tip I would expect a that they can at least look as good as the other places.
Only good thing is their punch/​frequent card.

What a waste of money! And won’t ever go back! First time here and website states they do pink and whites and was told they don’t but they do the gel nails. Ok thought I’d try that, they look horrible! Pedicure … What a joke! I’m sure by tomorrow I won’t even be able to tell I had a pedicure done. Then to top it off they don’t honor any sort of discount cards that they have. What a waste of my day and money!

Great place! Stacy did a great job on my shellac manicure. They are a little pricey, but they massage your shoulders too! I will definitely be back.

The salon was quite nice, clean and relaxing with lots of colors to choose from. they’ve done a nice job giving it a «spa» feel. Everyone was nice. I got a mani pedi and while the pedi looks good, my nails are not so great. They’re fine, but just fine. I needed cuticle work done and it just wasn’t a great job and they are filed a little crooked. I did not ask for Yung like one of the other reviewers suggested, so I’ll probably go again and try that.

This salon is clean and very welcoming. I’ve gone several places to find someone who applies shellac well. Young is the best I’ve found. She gets close to my cuticle for a fresh and long lasting gel manicure. I highly recommend this nail salon.

Note: This review is based on my first visit but I was very positively impressed.
Nice place. Very friendly staff who knows their regular customers and greets them by name. They did a very thorough job on my pedicure and even gave me some advice on how to better take care of my nails between visits.
I loved the atmosphere. Rather than having the ‘hospital waiting room’ feeling that a lot of other nail places have, this place is nice and feels welcoming to be in. They have attractive wood furniture, lovely artwork on the walls, a water feature and soft music playing.
The staff that did my services were all really friendly and spoke good English so it was easy to communicate with them about what I wanted. (And they spoke English even to each other which was nice). Clearly they enjoy working together as there was a little friendly teasing that made the visit fun.
Cost was about the same as other places I’ve checked around here but the experience was MUCH better. I’ll definitely be back and probably become a regular if they are this good every time.
Final note: They do take walk-​ins but prefer appointments so you might want to call ahead. Getting an appointment was easy though, even on a busy Saturday afternoon.
