Cellular Sales, Verizon Wireless Authorized Retailer

I Stopped by this Verizon location today Dec. 26^th, 2015 to check on my upgrade and possible get a new iphone. This verizon store was pretty busy so I waited for a good 10mins, walked around looked at some of the various phones. However, no one even acknowledged me whatsoever. I understand all the sales associates were assisting other customers, but to never say anything, NOT even a «ma’am we’ll be right with you or something». I made eye contact with each associate and nothing. One of the sales associates even walked right past me and never uttered a single word. I thought this was very rude and so I simply left. Sad thing is, I brought my mom to this exact location sometime ago and had no problems. Unfortunately that salesman who helped me back then was not there.
Needless to say, I will not give this location anymore time, referrals or my business. Please learn customer etiquette when someone walks through the door to say «hello», we’ll be right with you etc… but just to be ignored is not good business. You never know if someone walking through the door could be with the corporate office or not.

I needed a new phone and plan. I stopped in here based on the excellent reviews and proximity to my house.
Greg was the person who waiting on me and he was outstanding.
Phones can be complicated, but he set me up, did a full data port and got me out of there as effieciently as can be imagined.
He definitely is not only a class act, but very good at his job.
Cellular Sales is fortunate to have him on their team.
