Guardian Alarm

I am completely appalled by guardian Alarm systems, I am a Air Force Member, so I am honest, I have intergrity and I have never been so mad at a company. I called 3 times to get them to come out and hook up an alarm in a new home. It should have been done but never was. I paid $ 85 to have them come out, which I shouldn’t have to do, if they did in first place, but I paid upfront. The technician comes out and states that it wasn’t done properly in first place. Anyway a month and a half later I get a bill for an additional $ 105. I call and representative was disrespectful, rude and told me I was told it would cost this. I asked for a supervisor, who reviewed my previous conversations w/​representatives and agreed to remove cost. I had to fight for an unjust and an up charge. They were trying to RIP ME OFF, which I fought, but if hadn’t Iwould be charged. Corrupt company, Please save yourself don’t get a Guardian system… I’m telling you… you will regret it. 5X I had issues… I only had to deal w/​them because original home owners bought a guardian system… I’m not biased, they are awful!!!

They deserve a job well done. Time after time I continue to be impressed with there professionalism. Thanks guys and keep up the good work!
