I might have agreed to be checked at the door will all of my membership«wholesale» clubs, but I NEVER agreed to be checked at a Walmart, and these communists do it(I just politely decline and say NOTHANKS). I think back to stores like Circuit City and how they checked receipts. always creating angry consumers. Guess what WALMART, the behemoth Circuit city failed(although not for receipt checking obviously), and Walmart is NOT immune . «Papers please»… Can’t wait for Meijer’s to show up locally, and lets not forget about Target, they fit the bill when you don’t want some moron trying to get into your business when you leave the store with stuff you paid for.

The pharmacy takes way too long. I waited until this happend several times before I decided to write a review. The Chica behind the counter at the pharmacy is a bitch! The pharmacist is nice though. Very unorganized !

This Walmart is just as bad as any other, I just feel this guy is the best sponsor for this establishment and am glad his photo made and remains the cover photo. I like their DVD collection also.

It’s Wal-Mart, what can I say? This Wal-Mart is nicer than other Wal-Mart stores in the area. They seem to make an effort to pick loose items up and keep the store tidy. Wal-Mart has the best in-stock condition I’ve ever seen. If I need it and Wal-Mart carries it, they always have it in-stock, no matter what«it» is. I was hoping they would convert the Parmatown store to a Supercenter to offer additional grocery items and stay open 24⁄7. I even wrote to Wal-Mart’s headquarters to suggest this because they were in the middle of fighting with the City of Brooklyn to convert the Brookpark Rd Wal-Mart to a Supercenter, which I disagree with. Brooklyn initially denied Wal-Mart’s request to expand because the land isn’t big enough to accommodate a larger parking lot. Apparently, there is a city statute that requires a certain number of parking spaces relative to the square feet of the store. However, recent news have revealed that Wal-Mart will indeed convert this store to a Supercenter. One item that I think is the best value I’ve seen is a Canon iP2600 printer for $ 29.88! You can’t even buy two print cartridges for that price! Also, $ 4.00 prescriptions kick-ass! Wait, can a good prescription service even be described as kick-ass? For those of us who are genetically predetermined to hypertension, $ 4.00 per month to correct it is a price I’ll gladly pay, since I was paying $ 40.00 per month elsewhere. This store always has a lot of cash registers open plus it has a yummy Subway shop inside. The lines move quick and it is conveniently located at Parmatown Mall.
