I did not know what to expect. I bought a Groupon for my daughter and last minute she bailed. Polite Dental Care was more than happy to work with me and so I used the Zoom teeth whitening for myself. It was a very pleasant experience for me and I ended up with outstanding pearly whites. I recommend them without hesitation. Carmen L.

Stay away!!! This place has no follow through. I went for the first time in August 2015. I had x-rays done, and the dentist told me that it will take a month to hear back from my insurance. Due to the type of insurance I have; I must wait to see what gets approved. Mind you I went with a tooth infection. Nothing was prescribed. I called my insurance company and they told me no claim was put through. I called Polite Dental a month later, and the receptionist did not even have a record of my being there. She took my contact information and said she will look into and call me back. Well guess what? I never received a call back, and it’s now December 2015. In between that time I left a few voicemail messages and no one ever called back. It also blows my mind that there is never anyone answering the phone. I can’t believe a place like this even operates! Unprofessional is an understatement!

GROUPON Bait and Switch artists. I am looking for a new dentist and they have a $ 99 whitening available trying to garner new customers; perfect fit? Not! Even though they still have the Groupon available and it can be renewed every 90 days, they redeemed my Groupon and then would not provide services. They would not contact Groupon to resolve. They would not agree to wait the 40 minutes on hold that Groupon was quoting as their wait time and resolve together. It was no, we are not providing services unless you pay up front and we will not assist you getting you money back even though we redeemed your voucher and won’t perform your services. Lesson learned, there is a reason this office is on Groupon. Go to reputable establishments and not bait and switch scam artists who are begging for your business. If it is too good to be true it probably is. It is a shame too because the receptionist Kasha should be commended for her over the top niceness and professionalism not only on the appointment calls, but through the entire Groupon animated conversation. It is a shame she works for this Doctor.
