I’ve been a customer for less than a month and increased my internet speed twice hoping this would resolve the snail pace of loading pages. At this point I’m wasting money with constant outages. No matter how many times I call customer service it’s the same response«there’s an outage in your area» unfortunately Comcast has a monopoly on service providers in my area, I don’t even have an option to choose another carrier. This is by far the worst internet and tv experience I have ever encountered, I’ve very dissatisfied.

I’ve been a customer for only 2 months. I have had 3 outages and 2 additional service issues. Service has been down for 10 hours in the last week alone. I have spent no less than 3 hours on hold while they talk to other people and try to «figure this out». I lost over $ 500.00 in consulting fees because the internet was down — again — today. I called customer service and spoke to someone who assured me this was«pretty common for Comcast». Fantastic. Bad service — poor customer service. All for $ 130.00 per month on the«basic» package. That is what is called a robbery.

I have no idea what happened with Comcast, they used to be my favorite Internet/TV cable service. But NO more, now they are the WORST internet and Cable service. I have called 3 times to get an appointment for my internet and every time no one shows up!!! I am done with y’all, and I am taking by business else where.

Comcast/Xfinity has the WORST On Demand!!! When I go to On Demand(usually on a daily basis) I get the message«we apologize for the inconvenience». At least twice a day it goes out… then I have to reboot the box and that takes forever… It’s just a pain in the A… its amazing that a company with so much technology can’t get the On Demand” right. I’ve been a customer for 15 years and refused to switch because of the hassle that would be. But I’ve had it. If you’re shopping for a cable company and On Demand is important to you I would recommend looking else where.

Its okay I won’t say much about it by went the first time I went there they were very nice but I guess it depends on the people that’s there and the lines were slow but nothing major and their service that time was great but keep in mind that is just some days that, happen.

This is JUST for this location and the ease in exchanging my HD cable box. I won’t comment on the majority of their customer service people or their high prices, because as we all know that’s a definite one-star. I got there about 10 am or so on a weekday; there were 4 people in front of me, but the line moved really quickly. I was actually really surprised at how efficient both girls were. When I left there were about 5 – 6 people behind me, so I guess it just depends on if you happen to catch them at a good time or not. When it was my turn, she apologized for the wait and quickly and promptly exchanged my old defective equipment. She did offer to sign me up for faster internet for free for 6 months but we have enough problems with our bill so I declined. I had to come here because they closed the one in Webster. This is located in a strip mall in the corner by Kroger; it’s actually really easy to find, but it took me longer to drive here than to wait in line and exchange my equipment. Which is a good thing I guess, but still… This visit was painless and the people were pleasant; I wish it were always like that when dealing with Comcast.

Went in to pay my bill, and after 30minutes of waiting, the line keeps getting longer and after waiting 1hr. I get to the counter and proceeded to pay when the teller tells me that to walk in and pay it is a $ 2.00 fee! Are you kidding me! Keep in mind as I was waiting, their is only 2 clerks at the register but other clerks were walking around, then I guess they get a bright idea and 3 more clerks open up at the registers. The clerks could not get their systems up and kept saying«their systems wont come on line, just a few more minutes(20minutes)» I guess they need to pay their own Internet bill. sorta like déjà vu… like the U.S. post office… going broke.(wake-up call) I’m shopping around for better service.
