Sorry to have to give this poor review. I’ve used Spencer 1 time in the past, and rebooked him. On the day of our appointment he did not call and did not show. This was incredibly unprofessional. I’ve called him to try and find out what happened but he never responded. Truly disappointed with this lack of service.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. The main dude (Spencer) is young energetic, responsive and eager to please. They seem to be starting off so it’s just him and his fiancée
(Melissa). They did everything I asked and a lot of things I didn’t think to ask for, little details things you neglect. Most places I called have their hourly rate and tell you 2 hour minimum. These two were done with my place in an hour and fourty minutes and they only charged me for 1.5 hrs, which was a pleasant surprise. I have two indoor cats and one of them always trying to get out. They were both very mindful of them and Melissa stopped them from getting out while they brought stuff in and out several times.
