Domino’s Pizza

The guy who makes the pizza did not wear gloves, and touched everything in the store: money, cash register, trash. Never again!

I haven’t ordered from Domino’s since I was a kid and honestly, I should’ve left this place back in my childhood. Didn’t feel like going out tonight so I downloaded the Domino’s smartphone app and ordered my pizza. I had the medium, deluxe, thin-​crust pizza. It wasn’t very good. the description said it came with extra cheese, and there definitely wasn’t that much cheese; not enough to warrant calling it extra. It was on the burnt side and the toppings were just ok.
My biggest issue was with the fact that delivery guy didn’t bring crushed red peppers. On the app, it gives you the option to add special instructions, which is a good idea if you have a food allergen. I specifically wrote, «please bring crushed red peppers!“Luckily I had some but they were a bit flavorless and left over from the late 90’s. I’m glad it was an important note but it was important to me. Sorry Domino’s, you might’ve gotten away with subpar product back when I was a kid but it’s a different world now. That’s not going to fly anymore, not in today’s world. Next time, I’m gunna get off my lazy butt and go to PizzaRex or Pieology.

BRAND NEW STORE!- Just opened. It is so clean, beautiful– but if the customer service stinks then it is just a beautiful store with poor service. Ordered a pizza for pick up. Got there and paid for my pizza and… they couldn’t find it. Called delivery man– he didn’t have it. — searched stove and the 2 other orders– didn’t have it. They all stood around scratching their heads trying to find out what happened. Never did they talk to me, tell me they were going to make it right. I had to reach out to them to suggest they make me my pizza! It was as though they didn’t know what to do. If I was the owner of this franchise, I would be concerned. — Had to wait another 15 minutes for them to make another pizza. At least do something to keep me as a customer– buy my pizza, give me a coupon, give me a drink while I wait! — ugh. Disappointing. Training is key!

What do you expect from a chain that doesn’t care.
At least it is clean and new. I guess it’s exactly what you’d expect. it didn’t dazzle me

My delivery took forever, when I finally got my pizza’s one was completely wrong. Called them, they said they would send another pizza out to my house and verified what I had actually ordered. Waited for another hour and when it came it was the wrong one again. Luckily a new location is opening 2 blocks away

We ordered 3 pizzas, chicken poppers, and cheesy jalepeno/​bacon bread from here and food was delivered within 30min. Easy to order, delicious pizza. Good stuff.

We order gluten free pizza every time. One of is celiac and one of us has a wheat allergy. We have never had a problem with their pizza. Bonus — there pizzas taste great. They have variety and a great tasting pizza. Its never been a better time to be able to eat pizza and have a wheat allergy. great job Dominos for the extra effort they make to ensure we never have a problem and enjoy there great pizzas.

Surprisingly great gluten-​free pizza tonight! In the past it has been undercooked, however tonight it was cooked to perfection. Friendly prompt service too — happy customer here! :)

Dominos is an ok pizza if your having kids sleep over at your house. Or if your going out an need a quick food run. It’s to bad they don’t put more toppings on the pizza. There are many more places close by to choose for pizza. 2 stars

I don’t expect much, but the delivery wasn’t that of a fabulous pizza (the other location off of Sierra Madre is better). But how can you complain when it’s just a commercial chain? After all, I guess one knows what to expect, and delivery is an excellent thing when you’ve been too busy to go grocery shopping. I am not complaining, just explaining. If you are a health-​conscious person, don’t order the lava cakes, otherwise do order them and gorge on the gooey, warm, yummy dark chocolate. They are a sin :)

This is the neighborhood dominos. Super friendly staff, quick service, and tho not the most amazing pizza, the chicken wings are actually pretty good.
Many Domino’s are REALLY good at effing up your order, but i’ve never had a problem with this one! They’re also very quick and efficient.

I don’t love their pizza, but for their prices and convenience they deserve lots of credit. They even have gluten free options for my wife which is great. The pastas and sandwiches were well received as much as the pizzas. Delivery was quick and orders have been correct so far. The lot is small but they are doing their job.

This is our new favorite Domino’s.
We used to frequent the Domino’s on Arroyo, but their quality seems to have gone downhill. Our last pizzas seemed smaller than they should have been, the crust suffered from seasoning deficiency, and the service was lackluster.
This location, however, gets it all right. The man who took our order (and handled us at the store) was friendly and helpful. The pizzas were as large as they should be, and the crust was sufficiently seasoned. This last point is an important thing to look out for when choosing a Domino’s — you could end up with flavorless crust if you’re not careful.
Besides that, there’s not much to say. There’s a small lot for parking in front of the store, and traffic isn’t too bad trying to get out of the lot.
So if you’re in Pasadena, make it a point to choose this store over the Arroyo location.

Stuffed cheesy bread?! No way. The regular cheesy one and feta n spinach was good… anything stuffed is a must try for me! Next time… bacon n jalepeno and it’s on like Donkey Kong!

This Dominos is on pizz-​oint! They are mad quick and the normal delivery guy is awesome. He even does my yard work on the weekends!
