For over a year I’ve had different styles of hair extensions, I’ve bleached, dyed and fried much of my hair. After only one week of having removed my previous extensions, I booked a consultation with Cesare for extensions. Cesare took a look at my hair and immediately knew everything I had done to it literally within the past 2 years, and he was absolutely correct. His ultimate goal was to help me get my hair back to being healthy, which I really needed to. It was very apparent that Cesare was the main man to go to for hair. Cesare has completely transformed my hair. My own hair has immensely improved in its condition from treatments that Cesare has done. My extensions look amazing, they are extremely comfortable, they do not show, and I literally never did imagine I would have such amazing looking hair and extensions. His level of experience is demonstrated in his work. I recommend anyone, especially those with thin/​damaged hair like mine, to go to Cesare.

Cesare is the best! I get both my hair and my baby’s hair cut by him. She had her first haircut when she was three weeks old and he was the perfect person to do it. He was so gentle, professional, and I trusted him completely. I was so pleased by his service that I went and got my hair cut and colored by him as well and I’m very happy. Definitely check him out!

I stumbled upon Hair By Cesare about a year ago kind of on accident as I was looking for any hair salon to chop off my hair… and you know what? I’m glad I found this place! Cesare is a genius. From the moment you walk into the door, he is very welcoming and friendly. You can present an idea of how you want your hair to look and he’ll work with you but also customize it so it can be better. I have placed trust on this man’s hands and I always leave loving my new look! It is quite pricey but I’ve come to realize that you get what you pay for. Believe me! I used to just go to $ 15 haircut salons and I always used to say «why pay more if they’re just going to mess it up anyways» but my friends, that is not the case. Try Hair by Cesare and you will NOT be disappointed :)

I get my hair done here all the time and besides the amazing cut, color and extensions. I decided to get my eyebrows done! While not knowing this service was available to me I found out it was possible to get my eyebrows threaded. Mary the lovely stylist threaded my eyebrows with TLC. I was nervous about the pain, too much hair removal and shape of the brows. Turns out No need for me to worry she worked with my arch and shape to PERFECTION. I’m going back next time for sure. Give it a try it doesn’t leave any red areas and she did this in ample timing. Go in and save time :) she was great… THANKS MARY!!! And thank you Cesare for having such a top of the line crew at your salon.

Cesare is an excellent hair stylist, he understands what his client needs and delivers. I moved here recently. I went to a neighboring salon which is «famous» of it’s «celebrity» customers (SALON SESSIONS). In summary they know nothing about simple hair cuts. It is laud and crazy for nothing. Please save your money and do not go there. There were multiple defect in my hair cut. My hair looked really bad. I called their «senior» stylist «Neeko» to fix what his colleague did. they were too busy taking pictures of BS celebrities. Haha «B****S****». They charge you like you are in Beverly Hills and deliver a «supercut» type of haircut. If you really would like to have a real hair cut go to Cesare. He is respectful, professional, and a real artist. Mou

Cesare is great. He is a true artist with hair styling. My wife and I have gone to his salons for years. He is innovative, knowledgeable and reliable. Ambiance is modern, yet cozy and very clean. I highly recommend him.

I don’t know what I would do without Cesare. He does my extensions, and my hair looks amazing every time. Cesare is an artist, with such a great passion for his work. He takes his time and effort with my hair, as it can be difficult at times to style. He won’t just stick the extensions in without examining the length of my hair first. He takes his time and thinks about what he can do to make it look at beautiful as possible. I am never disappointed. Not to mention, he is so sweet and fun to talk to when I sit in his chair. I recommend going to Cesare if you want beautiful, expertly styled hair!

I have had hair extensions non-​stop for a year and a half and needless to say there has been some damage done by the cheaper options out there. I decided to make a change and I am so happy I did!
Cesare could have given me the big, long TX hair I asked for and followed suit with the other hair damagers out there, but instead he gave me what I truly needed. Light weight hair. Perfectly suited for my fine hair. It is pretty, feels so natural, and he made sure to condition and repair my hair before applying the new hair. He colored, cut, and extended my hair. AMAZING. Everything is perfect!
Cesare is simply amazing. He is an artist true to his craft and to top it all off he is fun to spend several hours with while your hair gets done! His new assistant Atsuko is a doll and together they make the long process of extensions truly enjoyable.

I don’t usually leave reviews. and I am not easy to satisfy either, but this place just blew my mind.
I was so desperate, my hair looked horrible, unhealthy and it’s ends were terribly split, and as most of the other women out there, I don’t like wearing short hair. Cesar has managed to cut my hair and transform it to light, healthy hair from my first appointment and still long!
I’m defiantly coming back, and defiantly recommend the place. Do I need to say more and mention the great service too!

So, I was desperate! I absolutely loathe my hair and just gave up — pulling it into a ponytail and ignoring it. I searched online for extensions in Pasadena and stumbled upon Cesare. I went yesterday and had the best time ever at a salon. I was the only client and they made me feel so great! We sorted out the problem to my thinning, weak hair and are now working to restore it. After a few treatments to get rid of build-​up that he showed me, my hair looks and feels amazing! He cut it and I let him do whatever he wanted to do and it just moves and bounces! Later this week I am getting my color and next week, extensions to help my hair grow out. I am excited that I can love my hair again and that someone like Cesare can spend so much time and personalized attention. A wonderful retreat with great service and a creative hair art genius! Wow, what a gem!

Cesare I love my hair! I came in with my curly hair for a hair cut and Cesare always knows what my hair needs. I wanted to keep the length. He made it so that my hair would have the cut it needed and keeping the length. My hair feels long after he styles it every time! I also love the products he uses on my hair and products I buy from his salon that help keep my hair healthy!

I think by nature, women are just anxious when it comes to their hair. Come on, Samson was maimed when his hair was cut… a bad haircut can be the death of your mojo. So, when I was introduced to Cesare, I didn’t know what to think. He is a bit intimidating — all 6footplus of him. He ran his fingers through my hair and said in this oh-​so-​sexy voice — «you have good hair, what do you want to do.» I’ve been to my fair share of salons — and I’ve given my fair share of «what I want» talks to hair stylists. RARELY, very rarely do I leave with a feeling of — I love my new do — it usually takes a couple days to sink in, for adjustments to occur and then eventually I’ll LEARN to love it. I digress… he took what I wanted, spanked it and transformed it to something better. I absolutely love my hair & the color he did to it. He is an amazing hair stylist with a flair for not only life, but things of beauty. He takes the time to make sure YOU are happy with what he’s done. I would highly recommend you experience Cesare and I say experience … because it is just that — an experience.
P. S. Dorothy is amazeballs — she damn near put me to sleep with her scalp massage/​shampoo — I want to put her in my pocket and keep her forever so I can whip her out for scalp massages when I need them.

I went in for an interview (2 days ago) for a position at his salon. During the interview he told me I needed my bangs cut and proceeded to wash my hair and cut my hair. Not only did he reshape my bangs, he cut the rest of my hair! He even said at my age my hair is way thinner than normal (I am 22) and he cut my hair in a way that even after washing daily my hair seems to have more volume. I haven’t gotten the job so this is an honest and true critique of the salon. You tell him what you want, he tells you what you need. Its refreshing to find a stylist who cares about their work. Obviously mine and the previous reviews prove that.

Enjoyed having my hair colored by Cesare. His specialty is hair extensions and color. He is friendly, personable and appreciates fine art. I had the opportunity to exhibit my work at his salon and he had an amazing opening reception.
The salon has great atmosphere, relaxing and his staff is friendly. It’s in a great location and easy access parking close to Old Town Pasadena.
All the products are natural and European.
