I made an appointment and was lucky enough to get in the day before Thanksgiving. The office is a little older, but the staff is courteous. Satish Koldhekar took the time to test my hearing with and without hearing aids and to make adjustments to the aids as needed. He was very patient and was happy to help me. I stayed over an hour there and we went past the 5:00 o’clock closing time. Nevertheless, he stayed on and never did I feel like I was being pushed out the door or that he doesn’t have time for me. His only focus was me. Thank you Satish.
