The service was outstanding. They had the LCD for the iPad in stock. The service was completed in about an hour. The prices are far more reasonable than that of the old Apple Store. Ask for Ben.

Noah is AMAZING! People marveled that I could even use my phone because the screen was so badly damaged but miraculously, Noah fixed it and it now works perfectly. Plus, he responded within minutes and arrived at my house within a couple of hours. I can’t think of another service with such great pricing, customer service, attention to detail and quick response time.

First of all, my daughter’s severely water damaged iPhone 5s now works again, as good as it was before we left it outside in the rain one night in Europe this summer. Noah Ackerman took care of everything, did the full water damage procedure and replaced the screen at a REALLY good price. After the first repair, the phone needed a bit of additional tweaking, so Noah came and picked it up and AT NO EXtRA COST fixed the remaining problems. He even surprised my daughter with a nice glittery screen, at no charge.
Noah is an expert, really skilled and very client oriented. This phone repair experience was an absolute delight (I never, ever thought I would write that sentence, but it’s true), and I will never call anybody else after this. I would happily recommend Noah’s expertise to anyone.
