Little Caesars Pizza

Terrible customer service. Came in. Gotta cheese pizza. They gave me pepperoni. I called to let them know I’d be coming back and they didn’t even have any pizzas. Refund. Never again. And top it off they were beyond rude about it

Complete garbage… first they run out of mushrooms on a deep dish supreme I wanted so the guys says I can substitute for what ever I want .I say ok.ham.I find out once I get the pizza home there’s nothing on it but ham and bell pepper and cheese… no pepperoni. .no sausage just cold ham thrown on top a bell pepper and cheese pizza. I call the them back and the guy says. oops my bad…

Some people are haters but as a Caesar’s connoisseur this is a pretty great location. I ordered over the phone to pick up and the service was super friendly and the pizzas came out nice.

Worst one I’ve been to! The employees are a joke starting with «swaggy p» I mean really this place is ran by young teenage acting «adults.» Very rude, all over the place for simply pizza go through this hassle of dealing with attitudes no THANK YOU!

The worse service came in to get a quick pizza because my two boys were hungry they said it was going to be five minutes after I order A lot of other customers begin to come in so I waited patiently but I noticed that there were putting the receipts on the counter and randomly calling names but picked my number I had to ask if they were going to pick my order then they asked what did I order and couldn’t find the receipt I’m sure there’s a better way of handling orders that you put the receipts on the on the counter and randomly picking up I rather go somewhere else and pay the extra

Believe me when I say this, this location won’t last… Waited nearly an HOUR for a cheese pizza and on top of that, no sauce and barely any cheese on the pizza toppings and the customer service is low class at It’s finest… If you want good pizza from a typical Ma and Pa food joint, got to Hollywood… Period!!!

I was surprised at how friendly the service was. Other fast food places in the area have horrible service and I really appreciated how they asked me how my day was. The pizza was delicious and my Coworkers thought so as well.

I was excited when lil Caesar opened up so close to me, was even more excited when the little caesar mascot was dancing on the corner of lake & Orange grove. BUT! I have given them at least 5 chances to redeem themselves every time I go its disappointing, at first I thought the employees were new so they didn’t know how to make a good pizza but now I just feel like Mickey Mouse is in the back makes their pizzas. The hot and ready pizzas are horrible. There is literally no cheese on the cheese pizza! I paid for sauce and crust every single time. Pizza from here no more. I rather buy a pizza from ⁷⁄₁₁. Get it together Caesar.

Don’t like the service provided on my last trip to this little Caesars location. I tried calling in an order, so i wouldn’t have to wait. Was placed on hold, i ended up making it to the store before they took me off hold. I arrived and they weren’t busy, so they can’t use that excuse. These young workers should be trained that when they clock in they should be working and not just stand there doing nothing

So happy to have a location in Pasadena! It was pretty busy but the girl working was sweet and very efficient. She was even apologetic about the (3 minute) wait time. Get the lemon pepper wings! My only complaint was not much of a soda selection but 7eleven is in the same parking lot so no big deal. All of the bad reviews were written right after they opened so I’m sure they’ve worked out the kinks by now.

Pretty good. Glad there’s one out this way. Bunch of friends will get together and order a bunch of the cheese and pepperoni

The only reason I go to Little Ceasars is for the «hot n ready» fast service. Unfortunately this one is always slow and never has the pizza ready. Especially if you want a cheese no pepperoni.

This is a new store located in a small plaza on Lake Ave, just north of the freeway.
There was no wait time and the service was friendly and efficient. However, staff was a little too pushy, trying to get us to order a more expensive menu option. Their pizza is nothing special, but if you are looking for a quick and inexpensive bite, it will satisfy your hunger.

Parking lot is a disaster, hence the 4 stars. Wait is a bit on the long side, but usually in & out within 10 – 15 mins. (I order a sauce-​less pizza also, making the wait longer) and if you haven’t tried a sauce-​less pizza, I definitely recommend it!

This LCP just opened up about 3 weeks ago. The first time we went, it was busy but the transition of getting our food was smooth. We were in and out within 10 minutes. Food was honestly. not bad. I was surprised at how good it was.
This past Sunday, we went again because hey. who can refuse decently good cheap food? We walk up and there was a GANG of people inside. It was our fault that we stayed.
We asked the cashier how long it would be and she said 15 – 25 minutes. Sometimes they tend to exaggerate their times, so I assumed it would be quicker than that. Also, the wait of people started to disappear little by little. We were hopeful. Both times we ordered the deep dish pepperoni & their Italian Cheese Bread. BOMB.
Well.10−20−30 minutes go by already. People who ordered after us got their food like 5 minutes later. Now I was starting to get pissed. A dude before us got his pizza, but they gave him the wrong order and it wasn’t the deep dish that he asked for. so now we knew he had to get his first in order to get ours.
Literally, we were there for almost an hour. About 48 minutes. WHAT. THE. FUCK. Not hot and ready AT ALL! Finally when they called my name… whattayaknow, they gave us the wrong pizza. –_​_​_​– You think we really waited almost an hour for a regular pepperoni pizza that you gave to others after us? I was so annoyed.
I’m just sayin. if you know that customers already ordered deep dishes, why aren’t you back there making them? Instead of making a gang of regular pizzas, make them deep dishes too. it only makes sense.

They are now open. Lots of friendly staff at this location. Pizzas are cheap and tasty.
Unfortunately the parking lot is a disaster. It’s definitely going to become a issue at lunch and dinner time.
Overall its a nice cheap option for lunch and dinner.
