Essentially I came to Nader telling him that I wanted a six pack in under one month. From where I was at which was still a flabby gut with love handles I fully well knew that it was damn near impossible. But Nader laid out a sound nutrition plan for me and coupled with a smart workout program and low and behold 3 and a half weeks later I was ripped out of my mind. Can’t say enough good things about Nader as a trainer: really listens to your goals and what you want in terms of fitness, gives sound nutritional advice, is the perfect balance of knowing when to push and when to pull back, and genuinely cares about your results. If you’re someone who is tough enough to push through his workouts and execute his diets diligently, your results are almost guaranteed. I will vouch for this man all day. Get training with Nader, you won’t regret it. But stay away from my time slots!

Nader is the kind of trainer that you sometimes dread going to see: he doesn’t put up with excuses and actually makes you work out! He is dedicated, focused and you will be tired at the end of every session. But you will see results in the long term and you certainly feel like you have worked out… not just standing around and chatting. And now Nader is exploring cooking, I may actually be able to stick to a diet without being in a really bad mood all the time. Give him a call, schedule your time and you will see the results. Not right away, as with any exercise program, but they will show up.

I «love» french fries, passed active metabolism phase and«hate» exercise. Trouble is that I do not kind of enjoy being really really big and round. Hence a trainer, but since I do not want to exercise, I love to change my trainer. some break between the trainers so to speak. Good one, bad one, Hollywood one and narcissist one. I can use adjectives too. nice, brutal, focused, chatty, kid gloving, boring, motivating, brown nosing, inexperienced and dangerous. I can use any of these word to change my trainer since too much of good things or bad things are not«optimal» in my book. Very convenient philosophy. Darn thing is that none of these applied to Nader, and all applied to Nader.(well, except chatty bits). I dread going training. but somehow time passes without checking up on clock every 2 minutes(not always), then at the end.woohoo.feeling good & proud that I survived. And seeing result. well, that counts…(More so when I stop for a few weeks then it really shows) So, after 5 years going 6, I admit that I have no idea what makes Nader a good trainer & a coach. I just say some people are borne to be trainers or something close to it. Why am I Unilocaling now? He has gone solo. We(me and my S. A) now get to save ~4K a year on Equinox membership. No more middle man. Yeh!

Short and sweet… I’ve been using Nader for almost 5 years now and I can’t imagine there is anyone better at personal training. Every session is a challenge and that’s exactly what I want. I’m not looking to stand around for the majority of the hour and just chat. I want to end up exhausted and sweating. Add in a fun personality, a great sense of humor, a tremendous base of knowledge, and you have the perfect trainer. He constantly changes the program so you never get bored doing the same exercises over and over again. There are a couple of exercises I wish he would forget all together. :) You can’t go wrong with Nader… but be serious about your goals and committment… he is. My favorite Nader phrase…“Go!”. This is as good as it gets.
