Great place to park. Their fees are reasonable. The parking is large. The guard is never too far in case there is a problem. It’s located across a nice park. You can’t miss it. 1h30 free then you pay per hour. Calculate your time well. Close to the big strip.

One of the better parking 90 minute free parking structures in Pasadena. Make sure you enter the public parking entrance and not the one for the Marriott hotel. I’ve been fed up with the Green Street structure always being jam packed, where you have to wait for someone to leave and then you swoop in to take their spot. I’ve had awesome luck with this structure, never have to wait just pull into an open spot.

Free Parking for First 90 Minutes! I parked here because of an event at the Courtyard Marriott Hotel(located right next door), since parking at the hotel is $ 5 for the 1st hour and then $ 1 for every 20 minutes thereafter(maximum of $ 15 a day). Entrance to this parking lot is on Raymond Ave and when you 1st drive into the lot, you will see a sign that mentioned«hotel parking». Make sure you enter through the side with the pay booth because the hotel parking side requires a hotel key to open the parking arm. There is plenty of parking in this lot and near some places to shop around in Old Town. Oh and by the way, there is no attendant in the parking booth, so you will have to prepay for your parking time ahead of time at a kiosk, that is near the entrance of the parking structure(if you went over the free 90 minutes, but you could always drive out of the lot and go right back in like I did so that I could stay a bit longer at the event at the hotel).

As you might know from experience, looking for parking in Pasadena can be a nightmare! This seems to be exacerbated by the recent building developments in the Old Town area. Wanna save yourself some time and don’t mind getting in some exercise? Park in the structure on north Raymond. Not many people know about this public lot. It’s easy to miss. It does say«hotel parking», but that doesn’t mean you have to be a patron of the hotel to use this lot. It’s right across from the park and pretty close to the armory. It’s a relatively small lot, but usually has spots available. I never had a problem finding a space. Perhaps, after this review I might! It’s open 24 hours, however the rates change according to the time of day/night. Generally, the first 90 minutes are free. You can pay either with cash or credit card.
