Well. I plan events for a living and needed to get ahold of a jazz band i heard play at a client’s home. Since this was something my client arranged herself, i needed to get some information in order to book them for an event i had coming up. Long story short, i got ahold of the number for Pasadena Entertainment through Red Wine and Bluezz. First i left 2 messages and no one ever got back to me. My third call, i spoke with a Roger who seemed to remember my voice mails… but didnt ever call back? I guess they were busy. I got the preliminary info i needed before confirming the booking with my client. Called back a week later and Roger didn’t even act like he knew who i was. Even though we had a good 45 minute convo the week prior. I booked the jazz ensemble and was told-«i need to confirm with the musicians and will give you a call back». NEVERHEARDFROMTHEM. I called today to follow up and Roger, again acting like we never spoke, said…“Oh yeah. Now i remember. Yeah. Can’t get ahold of the musician. You should call him yourself”. I guess in the long run it was fine b/c my client didn’t need to pay the booking fee through this company. But what a bunch of brain dead people with NO customer service skills. If i went 3 weeks with out talking with ANY of my clients we would be out of business. All you folks in sales know what I’m talkin’ ’bout!
