This company suc there’s no 800 number to reach them like all the other companies they block you. meanwhile I’ve had this iPhone six case for less than 90 days and the plastic has broke in the spring area has jumped out and the feature that it supposed to work work on the stand no longer works. I hope they see this and getting because I’m going to continue to complain about this company.
Updated 3 month after new one it to broke clip sucks I rigged a rope for my neck.

I think this place is closed? Drove by today to an empty store front, but Unilocal said they were open until 7pm. :(would’ve been nice to know so we didn’t drive all the way out here. Bummer.

I wanted a lightweight, accessible, phone case for my iPhone five that would clip on my belt securely. iPhones one at the Pure Gear store in Pasadena almost a year ago. When the retaining portion of the belt clip chipped and would therefore no longer hold my phone, I brought back to the store. They gladly exchanged my broken case for a brand-new one without any question and without any hassle. That is what I call a five star store.

This store has a great selection of cases and accessories for smart phones of all types. They also carry their own brand of well designed cases. I personally love the pure-gear retro gamer case called ‘amazing’. It has an analog retro-style maze game built into the back of the case. The employees have always been friendly and informative whenever I have visited. Definitely worth checking out when you’re in Pasadena.

I would give zero stars if I could. I have gone by this store on Colorado Blvd. in Pasadena three times now even though it’s during the stores open hours per the sign on the front door. I’m not even sure that this store is in business any longer. Maybe it’s closed down.

I highly recommend the «Ulitarian» iphone 5 case (also avail for 4/4s). I’ll describe myself as capable of being quite detail-oriented and highly critical when it comes to function and design. I fell in love with the clip, stand, sleek design, and the ability to easily reduce bulk by simply removing the clip portion with ease. Love it!
