I was very disappointed with the service here. When being fitted for a new pair of boots, the staff will have plenty of pads to ensure a great fit. However, these pads need replacing from time to time and it’s a free service at Red Wing stores to replace the pads. It seem as this location didn’t have any pads but I noticed that I and another man that was looking at a pair of boots were under a lot of pressure for an up sale of orthotic pads at 60.00 a pair. I won’t be back!
