Staff/​Service — the reason I took the time to get online and give REM 5 stars was because of my technician Sarah. I did a sleep study here on 1÷22÷2015 and Sarah was amazing. Not only was she a pleasure to deal with, she went above and beyond to get the data needed for a diagnosis. This included not rushing me out the door at 5am, but giving me a little extra time to complete the study. This meant she had to stay late. It seemed like she genuinely cared, and because of that, I would recommend this place to anybody.
Facility — the place checks all the boxes in the areas of cleanliness and comfort. Nice private rooms, noise levels totally acceptable, sleep number beds and TV’s in each room. I believe there is also free WiFi.
