I have really appreciated Ruben Rivas Gardening. The gardeners who come to the house are polite and kind, and always do good work. He charges a fair rate and I feel we are getting the service we are paying for. If I wanted something really special, I’d have to pay twice as much. But as it is we are very happy with the basic service we receive each week. Ruben is a lovely gentleman and I have had only good communication with him. I recommend them!

Ruben (well, his employees) did a great job for a few years. However, that has been declining. Ruben repeatedly accuses me of not paying, even though I pay every single month on the same day. This started happening after I changed from weekly to every other week, which he was very unhappy about. I have the bank statements to show that I have faithfully paid every month. Ruben still argues with me. We’ve had our final conversation today, as he yelled at me in a very rude and disrespectful manner. I feel bad, as I know he is getting older and may be having trouble keeping records, but he has been downright rude to me.
