Love Chach and all the staff. Attended a fundraiser here last night and the spa has an amazing vibe. Love the products they carry and their support for Financial Independence Through Entrepreneurship which supports women from third world countries. I met so many happy clients and I can’t wait to book a facial!

When I was looking for someone to take care of my skin, I looked at my friends to see who looked the best. Bar none it was friends treated by Chat! I have been going to Chat every month for about 10 years now and love every visit!
Chat is dedicated to giving her clients the best/​newest service and products on the market. She is smart, kind and truly cares how we look, with beautiful fresh looking skin.
Her new location is easy to get to with plenty of street parking and shopping before or after your treatment!
We do so much for our families every day, we deserve an hour of care and relaxation to recharge our batteries and look beautiful!

I love this place and yes, a guy can say that about a spa. It’s non-​pretentious, down-​to-​earth, the staff is always friendly and they have services specifically for MEN!!!
With my wedding around the corner, I’ll be heading in for a couple facials to refresh my look.

This place is a lovely, low key, and relaxing spa. Rita was my technician, and she is amazing and very experienced — plus very likeable. My facial (which included chest, arm, hand and foot massage) was the best and most thorough I’ve had. Prices are surprisingly reasonable. I will go back soon!

Owner, esthetician Chach Ontiveros is, bar none, the absolute best facialist around, ever! Her touch is miraculous and healing, not to mention a delight for the senses. Whether you choose a facial or any of the many other services they offer, your face, body and soul will thank you for it.

I have been coming to Skin Rituals (off and on) for about 10 years. Chach is the best facialist EVER. She can deal with any type of skin you give her. 10 years ago, I had congested skin with areas of breakouts/​acne. Chach is a perfectionist and she would get rid of those pimples and congestion and every last little blackhead and whitehead. I love that about her. Now, I’m not as congested but I am older and guess what, Chach gets rid of my dryness and makes me look younger and fresher when I walk out the door. She doesn’t oversell and keeps things simple.
I have had periods of time where I didn’t come see Chach, thinking I could save some time or money. But on those occasions I tried someone else’s facialist, they could never measure up. I even went to one of, if not the most highly rated facialist in Pasadena on Unilocal once because she was close to my office, and guess what, she did not measure up by far. I was shocked at how mediocre my facial treatment was — where did all those good reviews come from?
In addition to facials, Chach is one fantastic masseuse and I love to combine a facial with a 30 minute massage. That is perfection, having Chach work on those knots in my back and then finishing with a facial. Chach’s assistant Rochelle, is also super sweet, efficient and welcoming. It makes the whole experience so pleasant. Give Skin Rituals a try, it’s pretty tough sometimes to get in to see Chach on a weekend but there are often last minute cancellations.
