Ralph has gone beyond the call of duty for me. I have brought him several vintage watches to restore. One recently that was very difficult to locate the part… but he did. My projects are time consuming so I expect to have to wait, but if it can be serviced timely, he will do it. He is welcoming and always pleasant.

the man who works there was super helpful in selecting a special band to replace an old one on my husbands favorite old watch. Great service, great band selection, feels like they really care about quality and attention to detail! I’ll be back!

I’m in shock — I just had a bracelet repaired, and while the work is nice, I was completely ripped off. $ 75 for a repair that should have cost a third of that. I asked why it was so expensive, and he just said, «I did a good job, and polished it, too.» I should have fought harder. Word to the wise — never get work done without an estimate. I trusted the Unilocal reviews, and that was a big mistake.

Little family owned business, they have a wide variety of watches, clocks and such. I came in to remove some links off of a new watch I had purchased. It took a couple minutes and I was out fairly quickly. It was a bit pricey for me, $ 15 to remove 3 links. But other than that it was fast and easy.

Have been looking for a watch repair for some time now… found Ralph! So helpful, nice and pleasant… Took in 3 watches, batteries for all and links removed for another. Very reasonable prices and will go back to look in this cases! A very happy client!

This place is great. The guy at the counter was a trip. He helped us replace the innards to a clock that belongs to my mother and hadn’t worked in a few years. He was knowledgeable, helpful and capable. He provides adept service and is very reputable and cost-​efficient.
Oh, if you need a watch, this store has a tremendous selection of used watches. I saw some really nice pieces.

Came in to just replace the battery in a watch that has been out of commission for nearly a year. In about 5 minutes, the watch battery was in place for a reasonable price ($ 13) and I’m very pleased with the quick, pleasant service at Tic Time.

Ralp[h, the owner has repaired three watches for me, and an antique clock. The repairs were well done and fairly priced. You don’t see that combination much in SoCal.
He is also droll, leaning towards silly. You might even enjoy yourself.
