First of all i do this review not bcuz any discount offer .i put my macbook air at work place and i spill the milk tea all over my computer and it shut down right away .so i search some computer repair place on Unilocal and found this place so i gave a call. After i talk about the situation with Alex i send my computer over there. He told me the problem at the same day and Alex give me a call today said my computer is ready. Iam surprise how efficiency it is and yes i can’t live without my laptop. Thank you ALEX !! excellent work and fast. TOTAL COST 80 dollar !!!

This is my favorite computer shop. Alex can fix any problems on any of my laptops. He is a kind person that would explain to you in detail what the problem is for your computer/​laptop and what possible solutions there are. He waited for me to come pick my laptop up even if it oassed his closing hour! Definitely the best place you want to go to here in pasadena!

I was having trouble getting a video to play from my desktop. I couldn’t figure out which program I had to download in order to play the video. It would not play with Windows Media Player. So I brought my laptop down to A&A Computers and Technology and they figured out how to play my video within five minutes. I tried to pay them for their time but they would not accept any payment from me. This place is not only fast, but also very honest. I am definitely returning if I ever have any IT issues.

This is my first review on Unilocal after so many years of using it. I just had to say something about Alex who was awasome. My motherboard was giving me problems and I had to diagnose it. I’ve been to couple of other places to get it diagnosed and they all told me it’ll take 2 days just to diagnose the problem with 45 $ price tag. One of the place even told me, «just get a new motherboard, it’ll take too long and it’s not worth my time.» Wtf. Anyways I brought it into this shop at 5pm with my motherboard and Alex told me he’ll do his best to diagnose it to see if the motherboard is defective. At 6:45pm he calls me letting me know that the motherboard is defective. I was so surprise that he actually worked on it asap and called me after 1:30mins. The best part is when I went to pick up the motherboard he didn’t even charge me for the work he has done. I honestly felt bad that he did not charge me. He even looked up the warrenty information on the motherboard to have it fix for free. This guy really loves what he does and I’ve never met someone who is this honest. I would recommend Alex to anyone who has computer issues. Once again what a guy!!!

I’m very satisfied with his service. Alex is very friendly and just. He worked on my lap top few days and finally he could solve all of it’s problems, also he offers a low price service with the best quality. I’m so glad to find this wonderful center. Alex and his team are miracle workers. I needed my external HD case to be replaced and then at a later time recovered. Alex took care of me from start to finish. I was extremely upset that my external HD crashed twice but he was able to retrieve my data back with a reasonable price (recovering data can be pricey). I would recommend all my friends or anyone to go to Alex because he will take good care of you and do everything he can do to help with you situation. You will not be disappointed.
My external HD was retrieved and was transferred in a new external HD and I am complete again! I will definitely go back if needed. Thanks Alex!!!

These guys really do their job. I took my tower in to get fixed and now she runs smoother than ever, they were very helpful and finished repairs the same day. I’ll definitely be back.

I needed to have the LCD screen replaced on my laptop. I brought in my laptop with the parts needed and Alex took care of me. He also fixed the backlight in my keyboard for no extra charge. Great service for less then anyone else in town.

I have a lot of technology I have on my fingertips. I’m always seeking help with it so I came in here and immediately I was helped and approached very friendly environment you’re one stop shop for repairs and consulting for help for any issues with any type of devices. For most people (even the tech savviest of us), fixing technology can be soo stressful. Not knowing what is wrong… always fearing that you’re going to be overcharged… having an ill-​timed panic attack because you JUST remembered the last time you backed up your drive was a year ago and now you are wishing vehemently that you could go back in time just 1 hour before everything crashed and sync to the cloud. Been there, my friend.
So I was having major issues with my laptop and took it to the Genius Bar, which quoted me a fix at nearly half the value of my computer, then suggested a hardware upgrade and required a couple of days to fix. I was definitely not having that so I thought I’d shop around.
A friend recommended me to A & A so I went straight there in the morning. They greeted me with the most cheerful attitude that calmed me down (totally appreciated!). They were able to look at my device immediately and fixed it by lunchtime. And they only charged me a fraction of the Genius Bar quote.
The guys were reliable, incredibly knowledgeable, and friendly. Like finding that good doctor who makes checkups painless. They walked me through what was wrong and gave a bunch of pointers on keeping my device running optimally. They even helped me set up a backup sync so future freak outs could be avoided.
Very happy with the experience. Tech support doesn’t have to be painful. This place proved that big time.

Friendly and honest staff. I took 2 of my laptops, one of em with windows issue and the other one very slow with high fan speed. They took a look at it and gave me a quick estimate and ETA. I got both of my laptops fixed by next day, all my pictures and files were transferred on the newly installed windows, on the other laptop the loud fan issue was gone as well. They also gave me few tips to how to prevent that from happening again. Very happy with them.

Excellent service, I brought my laptop here in the morning, then I got it this morning. I got my laptop repaired and data backed up in 24 hrs. Very very efficient! The charge for repairing is very reasonable!

Thank you for repairing my PC. It had slowed down so much that I really couldn’t use it anymore. Alexi showed me precisely what was wrong and the things I can do to prevent infection of malware and virus’. They cleaned up my computer without sacrificing any information and i’m a happy camper now!
