Completely disappointed in the service! The lady was extremely rude and was talking down to me when I asked why they were charging me $ 327 for my return that was only for $ 353! Use Turbo Tax or a private tax attorney. These guys are not only a rip off but the employees are completely RUDE!!!

I don’t want to throw this place under the bus because the gentleman who helped me was very nice. I guess it’s just frustrating when the first time I used there service it was 60 bucks during a promotion and this time it was over $ 200. The explanation was that I had more forms that needed to be accounted for. Charles is a really nice guy and has helped me more than once. Unfortunately, I won’t be back. My mistake for not getting the price beforehand. Sticker shock is never fun.
