As a journey man and contractor, I“ve been dealing with totally tile for most of my life. Their selection, customer service and prices are unmatched. I always recommend them to customers because they’re so easy to work with. They almost never make a mistake on an order, and if they do they’ll bend over backwards to correct it. The other local tile stores not only charge more, but will always treat you as though any problem is your fault and you’re just an annoyance to them. If you’re tempted to go to lowes or home depot, keep in mind the tiles they sell are generally lower grade and ordering through them can be a headache.
