soooooo bad. they may have sold me used equipment. dials were scuffed. they charged a LOT! I’m going to have my stereo reinstalled and inspected for being used. also pretty poor service once they had my check.

I was happy with my experience here, despite the bad reviews. They got me in quickly fixed the problem and called me when it was done. They have done work for me a few times and I have always been happy with it.

Can’t believe this shop is still in business, I guess the owner Kevin continues to rip customers off to keep the doors open. I don’t know where to begin other than say stay away! I’ve seen the owner screw an amplifier to the back wall of a truck cab using 3“wood screws that stuck out almost into the truck bed. Everyone I know that went there for work ended up going back to get something fixed which he would say wasn’t his fault or try to charge you to fix his screw ups. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!

This place is rediculous! The owner Kevin clearly has anger issues and I have no idea why anyone still goes to him. I got my system installed and after just 3 weeks it stops working. He has no problem taking your money. But then he wants to act like you are a huge inconvenience if you need him to take care of something for you. The guy that works there on Thursdays and Friday isn’t too bad but this guy Kevin needs to stop doing business. Paid $ 1500 for new inside speakers (memphis 4 6×9) + 600watt Amp + 2−12in Memphis MC. Ridiculous the guy couldn’t link up with me to actually fix my problem and care. DO NOT GO HERE.

To be honest, I previously wrote a very bad review of this place, after my initial encounter with them. I was not happy with the job they did on our car, and was disappointed in their initial response to my displeasure. However, my wife (who has a much cooler head than me, from years of working in the corporate environment) persevered with the owners wife (Lisa), and they eventually sorted out, and fixed the problem. They did a large amount of research on their own, and didn’t shirk their responsibility, which I thought they might. The vehicle is a difficult vehicle to install a stereo in (Audi A3), or I would have done it myself. Things don’t always get done right the first time, but they did fix most of our concerns. As a matter on conscience, I might also point out my wife wanted to give them 4 stars, we usually compromise, but there is no 3.5 star rating. so 3 it is, I believe they are really trying.

I had a stereo installed by this company a while ago and it was not a good experience. First they took a day longer than they said, that’s a lot longer just to replace and install an existing stereo. Secondly the ripped the contents of my trunk apart and basically threw them back inside, in a rude fashion. Third, they put a screw, yes, a black screw through my tan door panel. Now it was a nice car, a Mercedes actually, not brand new, but very nice, this put me over the top. Couldn’t they have used glue? Common guys, you’re supposed to be «professionals,» and this is not what I expect from a professional.
