Alfredo, the owner, is money hungry, he came to inspect for bedbug problem at my place, it took him five minutes, checked one apartment, forgot to check the attic and charged me $ 100 when I reminded him to check the attic the next day, he wanted to charge me an extra hundred because he had to write another contract. Reminder, it took him five minutes to check for bedbugs. Unreliable and not empathetic, unprofessional.

I’m very flattered that you have placed so much value & importance on my personal opinion, however it is not mutual, and I had taken care of the situation, and after losing a potential tenet, over a year ago, and will regret on not taking the first bid on my job, as the first bidder on my job would has done all three services (extermination, clearout/junk haul, and cleanup for the same amount of money) instead I had to hire two companies, then ask the state to do the inspection to verify that all bugs were eradicated. Again Thank you for holding my opinion in high regards & care so very much about what I think. I’ll pray for you & yours
