The pork, ribs and chicken are amazing, and don’t even know what to say about the other type of food, so great, beans, rice etc is amazing I recommended 100%

Ribs, chicken and pernil are just fall off the bone good. The black beans and rice moro, or white rice with black beans, gandules (chick peas) beans that are so good I could just eat the beans alone from how good. The meat on the pork falls right off or the beef ribs are decent but in my opinion the pork ribs are best and more meaty. The ribs, rotisserie chicken and pork are cooked over charcoal and wood with the taste that just reminds me of Santo Domingo. Our favorites including my sons favorite are the ribs, chicken, pernil (pork shoulder), (carne guisado) beef stew or rabo (oxtail)with mojito, with rice any beans, purple potato and beets salad. Steamed chayote and carrots salad, malanga, house salads are a mix of shredded green cabbage, lettuce, red onions, corn, beets and tomatoes.
