Ralph Piccolo’s Pizza

I don’t understand why this place has bad reviews… I always order from piccolos, delivery is always early or on time and the staff is very nice all the time… Pizza is good and The inner fat ki in me is obsessed with their beef patties with cheese

I use to be the delivery driver there 2 months ago I’ve worked there for a year and let me tell you something how they prepare your food is not worth it the whole store does not use gloves those chicken wings everyone buys they put them in bags and keep them in the fridge for days ! Not even in the freezer after the day sometimes they leave the cooked chicken trey over the garbage for about three hours if you stop by there you will see a garbage can behind the double black doors that’s where they place it, they microwave week old lasagna I’ve smelled that pasta it stinks ! They just recently fired the Mexican pizza man because the Italian guy who was there before made the sauce the correct way for the store but that doesn’t hide how they utensils they use to prep your food is not always clean oh and the slices on the window ha ! Don’t even ask if it’s fresh they will lie and tell you yes! I remember the last week I worked they had a half pie of buffalo chicken and a half pie of bbq chicken under the counter for a week and the boss came in and screamed at everyone for not selling it even tho it what old he still put it up on the pizza window to be sold STOP WASTING YOUR MONEY THERE!

I wish I can give a –5 this is place is the worse pizza looked like that thing came from a box and the customer service was horrible I told them I wanted the pizza crispy and as you see in the picture it was white like under cooked. They did not care at all. Will never come back

if i could give this place 0 stars i will do that. worst pizza sauce ever definitely straight from can, not even trying to add some seasoning or else, why open a pizzeria if you don’t care about food, i ordered a sausage & pepper sandwich i’m a professional chef so this guy can’t fool me, they deep fry the sausage i know this because the sausage was dark and fry to death the peppers raw and the sauce did not tasted like nothing, what i’m trying to say they didn’t allow the sausage and peppers to cooked together to flavor the sauce, i can make a better sausage & peppers sandwich in my worst day.
the marguerita pizza… the basil was dirty the sauce pasty… come on get something right… this is what i mean why open a restaurant/​pizzeria if you don’t care about the food. (i don’t want to comment about fry calamari) i spent $ 43 and i ordered zeppoles.
bottom line i call the restaurant about 5 minutes after my food was delivered, i explained the reason of my complaint. they told me if i don’t like it don’t order, the that’s how they cooked over there… seriously i drove with 6 ½ of 8 slices of pizza in the box the sandwich only with one bite not even bag of chips were open, all the calamari and zeppoles.
i packed the whole stuffed again.
i got there and the owner told me i couldn’t get my money back you think i’m trying to get a hand out, i left your disgusting and dirty food there on your counter… just to show you the walking away without the food it’s better the trying to be reasonable with you i might loose $ 50 today but you lost a customer for good, you need to take some classes in customer service, and get your head out off you ass,.
that’s just to show the any moron with money can open a business and drive it to the ground. i will see this pace close very soon, stop feeding garbage around this area, not everyone it’s drunk enough to eat your food.

2 stars only because at least the fries tasted good. 2 stars OFF because the lasenga tasted so watery and gave me a stomach ache after eating it, I’m honestly writing this while I’m in the bathroom. Anyway the lasenga tasted very bad and made me wanna puke, and delivery wasn’t the best either. Those fries saved them from a 1 star.

I just ordered delivery from this establishment and received it 15 minutes ago. I ordered a two topping large pie that according to their menu was $ 14.00. I was told my total was $ 18.20. I called back after one minute to get a price breakdown because there’s no way a delivery fee and taxes would hit this mark. I also asked for an updated menu with my delivery, which was provided, so I could know of these prices in advance. On the receipt is a $ 1.50 delivery charge, understood, and then I saw an extra $ 0.50 bump up on the pie itself and each topping, which wasn’t on the menu as provided. When I received my delivery I received the exact same menu I had that had the pizza listed at $ 14.00. Upon receipt of the delivery in which I received the «updated» menu, my math still panned out, I called back and the owner replied that «that’s the way it is. That’s what the final price is.» He asked me «what I wanted» like I was trying to get something free out of him, and all I said is that he run an honest business, and then he hung up on me. Screw these guys, management should know better. I was a loyal customer, but I’ll rather drive and pick up from more quality spots in the area. Plus the BBB will get a report from me. Paterson is my home, and I won’t tolerate people continuing to try and get over on those who they think they can victimize.

I really really like this place especially the lasagna. I order from here regularly and they come quick with the food and its very good.

It really went downhill after they replaced Jimbo. Jimbo had been making pizza for over 30 years and they replaced him with someone not Italian that they can pay cheaply and the taste shows that now! I had been a loyal customer for over 10 years and the pizza man Jimbo came and went. After I had pizza there last night I for sure won’t be back. I’ll follow him to the next pizzeria lucky enough to have him.

This place never particularly had good pizza in my opinion, in fact, it was downright awful, but they sure did make a great cheesesteak and great wings, the sandwiches hot or cold in general were awesome, and they were PACKED, the grilled chicken Caesar salad was awesome also, with seasoned grilled chicken, and plenty of it, after now having new ownership, the sauce in the parmigiana sandwiches is gross, the cheesesteak is tiny, and with very little meat, the grilled chicken Caesar salad has little chicken, and is bland and tasteless, the new owner has really taken this place into the dumpster, if I were you, I’d pass on this place, I know I won’t be ordering for them anymore…

HORRIBLE customer service time after time again. The guy taking orders CLEARLY hates his job. He’s rude, hates answering questions, and he does what he wants… I will never order from this place again, they don’t deserve a penny.

if I could give 0 stars I would this place is not what it used to be the people there use to be great and cool now the new owner who is I believe Arabic and kept the name of the business the same is very disrespectful I have been a customer here for over 10 years. I call to order something and I’m asking questions about the burgers and why if the burger comes with fries and i want to pay just for another burger and the order of a burger with the fries I have to pay the same as if I’m ordering another whole meal with fries? And he gives me attitude and he tells me look I got better things to do than to listen to you ask about the burgers are u going to order or not? there’s more people here and I can care less about your complaint and i say wow really you dont take me seriously? So that’s how u treat a loyal customer for over 10 yrs I ask him and he says he doesn’t care because he has more customers? All my friends order from here and so does my family but after today I will make sure they all know about this new owner. I then go over there to confront them for there attitude and they act really stupid also there’s some German guy in the back with no teeth who thinks he’s cool and came up to my face like if he wanted to hit me or something lol. the food there used to be great but it’s not what it used to be. The pastas are watered down and they’re very cheap especially with the chicken salad larios down the street has great food and great pasta the only thing is they take forever for delivery but then again great food is actually cooked

These guys are really nice people. They always help out JFKHS. The kids enjoy the pizza, which goes along way for school staff. Nothing but good things coming out of this pizzeria.

This place is disgusting with disgusting people. They are so rude! I called to place a delivery order and he sounds like he hates his job and can careless about his customers. I than asked for the total and his reply was «I’ll call you later with the total «and hangs up on me. I recommend ordering from Brothers in Wayne.

Best pizza by far. THE BEST. And the deliveries are always 30 minutes or less. I don’t know what has changed with the pizza in the passed almost two years? But I’m not complaining. It’s amazing, good service and not expensive.

A prior review said this place went down hill and they were right! I use to order our usual Friday night pizza from here but tonight marked the last night. They have no loyalty to regular customers the straw that did it for me was them forgetting a portion of my order last week, me being nice and allowing them to not drive all the way back out and to just add it to the following week and them not recognizing it when it was time to right their wrong. Weeks ago I ordered wings and mentioned to the guy to please be mindful because they were seemingly over cooked to which he replied that it was impossible for that to happen and they do not make errors. I have gotten good food from them in the past but the subpar orders and lack of customer care I can’t get past so fair well Ralph piccolos. You just lost my house as weekly customers. If your looking to order pizza please take your chances elsewhere…

They have good pizza but Iove there sandwiches because they so much in them. my favorite one is the fat bastard.

Very good sandwiches and pizza. Quick service too. My only gripe is the Quality of their wings went from great to crap.

This place is awesome. They opened early to deliver to my school so my kids could have a holiday party. They were quick and nice and the pizza got awesome reviews!
